Chapter 7

"Yeah"
I almost fainted. Joe frickin Sugg liked me. Me! I couldn't process it.
"Ava? You okay?" Joe said, his blue eyes looking at me with worry.
"Oh! Yeah I'm fine."
"So...um do you want to maybe be my...girlfriend?"
"Uh...yes?!" I hugged Joe with all my strength. I loved this boy so much.
We walked back into Alfie's flat to find Zoe sitting with Alfie on his bed. She stood up immediately when she saw us come in.
"Get out." she said, her voice very low.
"What?" Joe looked at me. "What did we do?"
"Well, Joe you shoved Alfie in the chest for no reason, and Ava, I heard Joe shouting about you and Alfie getting cozy." Zoe's face was flushed with anger. "Just leave."
Joe took my hand and marched out the door, pushing back his hair frustratingly.
"Sorry, she can overreact a bit" Joe said blushing. "Let's go back to mine."
He kissed me on the cheek and wrapped his hand around my waist.
"You smell of vanilla" Joe exclaimed.
"Yep, it's my favourite scent"
He chuckled and strided ahead.
Out of the corner of my eye, I saw a figure dressed in black watching us from behind a car. Strange thing is, it looked a lot like Sean.
