suddenly all those memories hits me
when we're chasing finish line
like dust behind rusty rickshaw
that unexpected first meet in late summer
strange affection blossomed at the end of summer
and i would do it all again
like before, were we left off
back to whimsical pearls of 2018
i replay precious times every night
that it brings bitter sweet tears with smile every time
i revisit each sandy time
back when you were mine
when it felt alright, laying next to you
no anxiety or jade green
even if nothing left at all now
i still dream about you
where we are driving with our car windows down
at the same flyover in summer
singing all those edm songs again
exchanging the driving roles
at every hundred miles
its all treasured in my heart secret basement
you, me and our song in useless road trip to endless drive
