recoil: to draw back in fear or distaste
━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━

she flinches back at every bothered, feathered touch
might even attempt to cover herself with thorny bushes
drawing a lethal boundary between the space mocking, tauntingly

she walks away from love, which never ever came back
wrapped in glaring disgust, lying dreams
made for weaker part of living creature

she reaches for butter knife, devilishly laughing
at the unfortunate weapon to be treated as fragile
stabbing all those pent up rage burning inside her

she recalls every traumatic scenes in her photogenic head
playing in slow motion at some starry nights in a faint memory
of which she still avoid or runs from precious gem ahead of her

she is still surrounded by the ghosts
in heavenly abode of angels
