(Um, hey guys, so I had no idea where this story was going so if it gets weird I'm sorry-)

Victors pov

It's been about two weeks since I officially became a new student at Creekwood

I met a boy named Felix. He's really cool and nerdy, I like him. I also met his girlfriend, lake, lakes best friend Mia, and Mia's boyfriend, Andrew.

They've all gotten to know me and I've gotten to know them and now we're really good friends

There's this really cute boy named Benji in my class. He doesn't talk much but I really wanna try and get to know him...

I sat next to Benji in my English class  and I watched, not in a weird way, as he took out his binder and a pencil from his bag

"Hey...um, I'm Victor" I said to him. He looked at me and then back at his paper "well, um, I assume you're Benji..." he nodded not saying anything

I decided to just stop talking to him. Maybe he just doesn't want to be bothered, I mean it's 8 in the morning. Who wants to be bothered that early in the morning?

During lunch, I would see him sitting by himself reading a book. I wonder if he ever ate. He never had a tray in front of him, just a book.

"Do you guys know Benji?" I asked "Campbell? Like the one in our gym class?" I nodded "yeah I know him.." Felix said "what is he like?" I asked "he's a freak." Andrew said "what?" I said "he's gay, quiet, he ignores everyone who tries to talk to him. He's weird" he said "is there something wrong with him being gay that you had to call him a freak?" I said "I just don't believe it's morally right.." great another person I can't come out to "Andrew being homophobic is not okay" lake said "I don't care" he said back

"Okay, whatever. I'm gonna go try and talk to him" I

 told them "I wouldn't do that, he's probably one of those freaks who hiss at people"
(A/n: if you hiss at people you're not a freak, you're valid :) )

"Andrew, shut up." I said before standing up and walking to the table Benji was at

"Hey, Benji" I smiled at him and he didn't even look up from his book. "How's your day been?" I asked and he just nodded "well, um, I heard that the science test we have next period isn't that difficult. It's only a few questions about enzymes'' (I'm pretty sure that's biology but whatever)
