I grabbed my book from my locker when I heard a voice from behind me "hey baby boy" I jumped at the sudden loud voice in my ear
I turned around and saw Derek standing behind me with a smirk on his face "Derek I told you to stop calling me that, jeez. I'm not your boyfriend anymore" I told him "yeah cause you left me for that good for nothing slut" he pointed towards victor "stop that. He is so much better than you ever were" I saw the anger rise on his face and I immediately regretted what I had just said
"Oh, so I was a shitty boyfriend" he slammed my locker shut and grabbed my wrist, and started twisting them. He gripped my wrist so tight I thought he was cutting off the Circulation "yes, actually, you were" he slammed my back into the wall of lockers "I loved you, Benji. How was I such a bad boyfriend?" He whispered in my ear
"Get the hell off of me!" I yelled trying to push him off of me which caught the attention of victor, lake, Felix, and some others that were in the hallway "Derek, let go of him!" Victor yanked his hands from mine "are you okay?" He asked me and I nodded before Derek spoke up "what are you gonna do about it, Salazar" Derek stood in front of me and crossed his arms
The next thing I know Derek is on the ground holding his nose as it bled "victor and Derek!" A teacher that was in the hallway yelled "office now!" They pulled victor away from Derek. As they were escorted away. my friend Lucy walked over to me "are you okay, Benji" I looked down at my hands and saw the marks that were Starting to form "yeah, um...I'm okay" I said "come on. let's get you to class" she put her arm around me and we walked to our class together
*victors pov*
"He grabbed my boyfriend as if he was a fucking rag doll and you just expect me to stand there and not do anything about it" I said "Victor, you broke another student's nose" the principal said "I don't care!" I yelled "he needs to get over the fact that Benji is dating me and not him"
"So you guys are fighting over a boy" the principal said "no! We're not fighting over him. Benji is my boyfriend and he needs to understand that" I said "victor, I'm literally dating him" Derek said "In your fucking dreams. You two broke up last year"
"Okay, boys, Stop yelling at each other and take a seat" I sat down and took a deep breath "both of you will have In school suspension for 3 days. Victor, what you did was completely unacceptable. I understand that you felt the need to stand up for someone you love and care a lot about, but you cannot inflict harm on other students. There were so many ways to go about this situation. For instance, you could've told one of the 3 teachers that were standing outside or you could've just walked away from Derek. There was no need to start a fight" they told me and I rolled my eyes
Yeah because I was definitely gonna stop what I was doing. tell a teacher that my boyfriend is literally being assaulted by his ex and say absolutely nothing to Derek.
