"Silver? I wanted to tell you something." Micah said all of a sudden.
"Okay." I said nodding my head for him to continue.
"Uhh, I've known you for a long time"
"Yeah." I nodded again.
"And I wanted to tell you something." "Okay,"
"I like you." He said smiling widely I also saw a tinge of pink on his cheeks, awe, he's blushing.
"Really?" I asked him smiling.
"Yeah," he nodded his head "for a long time, actually."
Awe.
"I like you too." I said blushing and looking down.
I've liked him since last year but I didnt want to tell him cause I thought he wouldn't like me back.
Now what do we do? Just sit here in complete awkwardness?
Nahh.
"Wanna go for another swim, Micah?"
"Sure"
We both stood up and we were about to jump, I grabbed his hand.
He looked at me and smiled.
Then we jumped.
We stayed there a while until we couldnt see our hand in front of our faces due to darkness.
Micah and I walked beside each other on the trail and Alex walked in front of us with the flash light.
Suddenly I felt Micah intertwine his hand with mine, making me blush.
When we got back to our neighborhood they dropped me off at my house first.
"Goodnight silver." Alex said from the driver's seat.
Micah got out from the passengers seat and tried to open my door, it was locked.
Alex laughed. "Alex, stop screwing with the locks." I said. But I sorta laughed. Micah was trying to be cute and a gentlemen.
Alex unlocked the doors and Micah succeeded with opening the door and helped me out.
He walked me to my door and this time I brought my key.
"That was an awesome day." I told him smiling.
"Yeah, it was." He smiled back.
"So," I dragged out.
"So," he dragged out too.
"Goodnight." I kissed his cheek.
That made his blush. "Goodnight, Silver."
I unlocked the door, walked in and closed it behind me. I leaned my back on the door and sighed.
Wow, what a day. I didn't think he liked me.
"Hard day, Silvia?" I jumped at the voice.
"Mum, what are you doing up so late?" I questioned her.
"I couldn't sleep very well. What are you doing out so late?"
"I was with Alex and Micah."
"Oh, okay."
"Am I allowed to hang out with them?" I asked.
"Yes, as long as your safe and have your phone with you."
"Okay,thanks mum."
"Good night, Silvia."
"Night mum."
I walked up the stairs to my room.
Lucy was leaning on her door frame. "So, I seen you went out with Micah."
"Yeah, I did. Got a problem with me hanging out with my best friend?"
She's still jealous.
"No its just, he'll be my boyfriend pretty soon and I don't want you to get jealous." She told me while she picked at her nails.
"Actually, he might already have a girlfriend." Lie.
She turned around, flipped her witch like hair and went back into her room.
I fell onto my bed. Ugh, how am I going to sleep?
My mind is wide awake!
Bustling with questions like:
What if he asks me to be his girl?
Will it be awkward tomorrow?
When should I kiss him?
Did I turn my straightner off?
Should I have a showers tomorrow?Okay, these are completely stupid questions. But hey, my brain is ridiculous.
