He looked at me longer and scrunched his eyebrows together in confusion.
I closed my eyes again and inhaled slowly and exhaled slowly.
Here Micah and I sat in silence.

Silence until he cleared his throat, "I should go."
"Okay," I mumbled out, my eyes still closed and my breathing even.
I felt him press his lips against my forehead lightly and my eyes flew wide open.
"Bye Silver."
"Goodbye Micah." Whispered lightly.
He walked out and I could almost tell how sad he was from the way he walked...
-----------------------
It's been almost 3 months since I've talked to Cyrus.
I somewhat have been trying to ignore him. But he's been trying his best to talk to me.
I feel like it was my fault that he almost died in that car accident.

"Silvia?"
"Silviaaaaa,"
"Silv-"
"Huh?" My head snapped up from my thoughts, almost giving me whiplash.
"Girl, I've been trying to get your attention for the last," he stops and looks at the non-existing watch on his wrist. "-10 minutes. What's wrong?"
I rolled my eyes. "Alex, you don't have a watch. And I kinda doubt you even remember how to tell time." I laugh.
He looked at me with a flat expression. "I do so remember. Also, you should answer my question."
"Yes, I'm fine. Trust me, I was just thinking about school."
I probably shouldn't be lying to him.
"You really shouldn't be lying to me."
What the hell.
"Lying? I'm telling you the truth."
"Yeah... Alright... Sure..."
I got up from the table we usually sit at for lunch.
"I'm gonna walk home, see you... When?" I asked.
"The party tonight?"
I shrugged then was suddenly enveloped in warmth and I almost screamed.
"Guess who." The voice said from behind me.
"James, if you don't stop hugging me I swear to god I'm gonna hit you so hard somewhere, you won't be able to have kids..."
He laughed them let go.
"Jesus," he laughed some more at my glares towards him.
"You're a feisty lil Silvia, aren't you?" He smiled at me and I rolled my eyes again.
"I'm going home, so I'll see you when school starts again."
Today was the last day of school. Well until the winter vacation was over.
"Not at the party?" He questioned.
"She might not be going," Alex added in.
"Why not?" James looked at me asking.
"Reasons."
"What reasons?"
"Why do I have to tell you?"
"You can't answer my question with a question, Silver."
"Why not?"
"Because."
"Because why?"
"Nevermind!" He threw his hands up into the air.
"Alrighty, well I'm gonna go before it starts snowing."

When getting home, I dropped my bag down on to the floor and sighed.
Finally home.
I walked towards the fridge and noticed a note stuck on it.
Peeling it off, I read my moms hand writing,
There's 2 chicken breast in the freezer and some left over veggies in the fridge that you can have for dinner. Share with your sister too sweetheart
I just went out to dinner with you know who
Love, mom
XXOO

Scrunching up the note and sighing, I tossed it into the garbage and texted Micah.
Me: hey Micah, I was wondering,
He responded in almost seconds.
Micah: yes?
Me: do you think you can pick something up for my sis and I from McDonalds? 😅 kinda sorta too lazy to make dinner tonight and my moms out to dinner with that guy...
Micah: ofc silver. Be there in 5

After a couple minutes, a honk sounded from outside.
"Text me what you want, Lucy!" I yelled upstairs from downstairs.
"Okay!" She yelled back.

I climbed into his car and coughed at the smell of cigarettes.
"I thought you quit smoking." I slightly glared at him and opened the window, trying to waft out the gross smell.
"Um. I didn't?" He shrugged slightly.
"You should. It's bad for you," I covered my nose and he shook his head at me, laughing.
"Don't laugh at me." I huffed. With my nose plugged it made my voice sound nasally.
He laughed even more and burned out of my driveway.

After ordering a salad for Lucy and a Big Mac for myself to go, I waited for Micah to order so we could leave.
"Are you going to the party tonight at Anderson's?" He asked when he was more closer to me.
I shrugged. "I'm not sure. Cyrus might be there."
He slowly nodded in understanding. "Okay."
