My breath was stuck... Caught in my throat.
In a car accident....?
Oh my god...
Oh my god."I- I..." I didn't know what to say.
Micah ended the call and he put his hand on my shoulder.

"I have to leave. Right now. I have to see if he's alright." I ran down the stairs, almost tripping.
"Silver!" Micah ran after me calling my name.
I stopped abruptly, "what? I don't have time to talk, Micah."
His eyebrows furrowed, "we can drive you there."
He ran into the living room, grabbing my hand and dragging me along with him.
"Alex," Micah grabbed Alex's keys off of the coffee table, he was still holding my hand.
"Need a ride to the hospital. Now." "Wha-?" His confused face was almost hilarious, but at the moment, I felt like crying.
"I'll tell you in the car." He cut Alex off.
We were running to the front door, "we'll be right back Lucy."
She nodded her head but she had a worried look in her eyes...
We jumped in and Alex started the car.
"So..." Alex began, not knowing what to say.
"You know Kayla's ex boyfriend?"
Micah said quietly.
"Yeah...?" He slowly said, but kinda making it sound like a question.
"He got into a car accident..."
That sentence hung in the dead silence of the car.
I don't think Alex really knew what to say...
