"Shhh" he soothed me.

His hand ran down my back and up and down slowly.

"Its okay silver." Micah whispered into my hair.

"No, its not." I pulled back a little.

He looked down at the floor and stopped rubbing my back.

"I don't know what to say, Silvia."

I breathed out a sigh, "me neither Micah."

We sat in silence for what felt like more than an hour.

I heard hushed whispering in the chairs beside me. Slowly opening my eyes I heldy head up off of Micah's shoulder. "Do you think he's okay..." She had her hand on Micah's arm. "Yes Kayla, its okay..." He held her hand in his.

I turned away from them and rolled my eyes. Ouch. I brought my hand to my temple and clenched my eyes shut. I had a headache that was pulsing.

I opened my eyes and seen Cyrus's sister was staring right at me. I gave her a sad smile but she just looked away.

Alex came in and sat down beside her, "here you go, Juliet." He passed her a steaming cup of what I think was coffee.

She gave him a slight smile and thanked him but her smile faded quickly like sugar dissolving in water.

I got up and glanced at Micah from the corner of my eye. He was bouncing his leg and hugging Kayla. Digging in my pocket I pulled out money for the vending machine, I really need a bottle of water...

I put $1.25 into the money slit and pushed on the 'water' button.

After grabbing my water I sat back down in the waiting room and drank some water.

"Ehem." Someone cleared their throat in front of us and Juliet jumped to her feet.

It was the doctor.

"He's stable," He told her and she sighed in relief.

"But," he paused and her expression changed and there was more fear in her eyes.

"He has a couple broken ribs and minor scrapes and bruises."

She nodded her head and tangled her fingers together.

"Do you want to come into the room?" The doctor asked her and she nodded, "please."

He led her to the room and I chewed on my lip.
This was my fault...

I picked at the black nail polish on my nails and then sipped my water.

Alex walked over to me and sat beside me.

"I should drive you home, Silvia."

I looked at him and sighed, "Yeah... I guess."
