Fate POV

Fate: *Achoo!*

Sheila: "Please cover your mouth when you sneeze master, and do not get the people around you sick. If only you had some common sense, I would be pleased with you for once." She says in her naturally disappointed voice.

Fate: "Erm, sorry." I say wiping my nose. This time around I don't have a comeback for Sheila because I was trying to figure out if it was possible for me to get sick.

Maybe someone from a different world was talking about me. Or talking about fate. Heh.

Ambrosia: "Hey hey, did you guys hear about the festival?" She asks brightly.

Irene: "How would we? We've been on house arrest this past week." She says irritably.

Sheila: "If you're confident enough to deal with an entire assassin's guild then please, be my guest and solve our problem."

Irene doesn't respond and instead aggressively stabs her steak with her fork before taking a bite.

Ambrosia: "W-Well, I've seen people handing out some fliers recently and I managed to get a glimpse of what was on it." She says meekly.

She always acts like this when Irene and Sheila start arguing, which is cute in it's own way. I'm sure Ambrosia could take down both of them if she went all out, but that's during battle. At home where attitude rules all, Ambrosia is at the very bottom of the food chain.

I don't blame her, she's probably held her head down for majority for her life, which is why I'm not all that fond about telling her what the festival is about.

Sheila: "Yes, the blood moon festival is happening two days from now. The whole city is getting ready."

Fate: "Hmmm."

Rheyla: "Sister, Ahhh~"

Risu: "Why must you always be so bothersome." She says fondly with an eye roll.

Risu proceeds to feed Rheyla the last bit of her own steak. The two have been almost inseparable ever since I gave Irene that necklace. Lately if neither of them are with me or Irene, they're always playing together, and I'm happy for them. I don't know how time works for gods but they've clearly missed each other.

Both Irene and Ambrosia have also finding the two very cute but they have to hide their reactions in front of Sheila if they want to avoid her 'What is this fool doing' gaze. Sheila can't see either of them yet and tends to be confused with herself whenever she has to pick up one of their empty plates. If I recall, anything that the two goddesses pick up or consume is completely erased from everyone who can't see them's memories.

Risu: "I do think that one outing should be fine, as long as you are protecting them of course." She says to me as Sheila picks up her plate with a slightly confused expression.

Irene: "Yes, please, anything to get out of this place." She groans.

Sheila: "Like my master has said to you before, you are free to leave whenever you want." She says shooting Irene one of her blank looks of challenge.

Before Irene can respond, I speak up.

Fate: "That was then, this is now. I'm not letting anyone put themselves in danger." I say looking at everyone.

Sheila bows her head with only a little bit of annoyance showing, Ambrosia sips her 'wine' with a slight blush, the goddesses smile at each other, and Irene seems to grow more frustrated with red cheeks. Though I know her well enough to know some of it is a blush,

Irene: "So you expect all of us to just stay here forever?! If you really care about us then give us some freedom!" She yells glaring at me.

I stare back for a bit with a frown and only stop when Irene's embarrassed blush grows large enough for her to turn her head away. Maybe I have been a bit overprotective, a habit passed on to me by Aether.
