At the restaurant

Everyone ordered their drinks and food. Adam and ivy were sitting next to each other when Adam out of no where whispered in ivy's ear, "you know,you look beautiful tonight" ivy blushed and whispered back, "you must really like this dress,that's two you look good things tonight" "you'll be getting a lot more" "oh yeah?" "Yep"

Ivy was a blushing mess. That's one boy who knows how to play with feelings she thought to herself.

"Ok team! Tomorrow we have our first game against Trinidad Trinidad Tobago. Get some rest tonight we have practice before, the game is at 5:00 sharp, we need to get there at 4:15. Sounds good?" Everyone nodded, "also make sure to thank Don Tibbles for Paying for the food." Coach Bombay added after he saw Mr tibbles about to say something. "Thank you Mr.Tibbles" everyone said at the same time.

"Here's a Mac n cheese dish" the waiter said. "Over here" ivy said raising her hand. "Here you go" "thank you"

"Out of everything you could have gotten you got Mac n cheese?" "Yeah,it's really good" ivy said eating some. "Here,try it" she said scooping some up and putting it in his mouth. "Wow that is good" "I know,what did you get?" "This potato soup thingy,it's really good" "can I try?" "Sure" Adam took some and gave it to her. "I shoulda gotten that that's super good" "I know" he said mocking ivy.

After everyone was done eating and getting dessert ivy asked if she could use julies phone. "Of course,here ya go" ivy turned to Adam and said, "imma go call someone ill be back" "alright" she told coach then walked outside and dialed the house number. "Hello?" She heard the same soft voice as she heard a few days ago. "Hey Veronica,how's it going" "good,Jennifer's not here but she had a message for you" "alright"

She heard a paper crinkle and then Veronica said, "hey Ivy,I miss you a whole bunch. Johnny isn't doing so good. I got him a therapist. She said he's depressed,he tells me he's ok, I know he's not. We all miss you a lot. Mary asked about you,you should give her a call soon. Tell Veronica the phone you use to call us on so we can reach you. Love you lots

She walked back in and gave the phone to Julie. She thanked her and sat next to Adam. Wow my best friend,depressed,why can't I help him. I don't even remember his number. I wanna talk to him,at least I know he will be watching the game. She thought to herself. It killed her inside to think that Johnny wasn't doing good and she couldn't do anything about it. She was deep in thought,Adam must've noticed this since he stopped talking to guy and turned his attention to her.

"You ok?" Ivy didn't respond,she couldn't hear him she was so deep in thought. Adam got in her face and said, "ivy are you ok?" "What? Oh yeah I'm fine" "no you aren't,do you want to talk about it outside?" "I guess" "ok cmon" he told coach something that ivy couldn't hear coach nodded and Adam grabbed her hand and started walking outside.

"Ok what's up" "Johnny,he ain't doing so good" "what's wrong" "he's depressed,my best friend in the whole wide world,my brother,he's depressed and I can't do anything about it" "I'm so sorry Ivy,I promise it's all going to be ok" Adam said pulling her into a hug. "I hope your right"
