18. forbidden pastime

"I didn't know what to do she passed out. The  we got to the gym and she told me to take mai so I did and then she passed out too. I was stuck on the otherside of the school with two passed out girls! I saw mochi's phone and tryed to call one of you but she has like 4 numbers. And none said 'lin' 'mai' or 'naru' it was just 'darling' 'grumpy cat' 'pinkypie' and 'lover🤣🤪🤫' so I thought one of you were 'lover🤣🤪🤫' so I called it then some dued with a strange Australian accent picked up saying "aya love wassup" I quickly realised it wasn't you so I did darling next and that's why lin came to the gym to carry back the passd out girls"

Yasso threw his explanation out at everyone desperately making sure they knew he didn't knock us out or do anything when we were out. It was funny and everyone was laughing except for lin and naru. I was awake but didnt wanna ruin the fun so I pretended to be asleep. Right now were in the base mai woke up and joined in ages ago. See after we passed out we had a nap till morning or atleast i did im not sure if mai sleept. So now it was day 3 and everyone else had arrived.

Massako said she didn't see any spirits just a boy. Sakouchi no doubt mai and massako even identified him on a photo. So that means I've seen him too. And that he's to blame for whatever is going on here.

"Lin how did last night look?" Naru asked turning to him.

"There were several places with temperature drops. It was especially pronounced in classrooms 3-1, 2-4, and the language lab. No unusual images to report, but three microphones picked up some sounds. Those were in the art room,  the gym store room and classroom 2-4."

"Interesting thats quite a response for our first day."

Mai explained why that was a fact and I got so bored I actually begain sleeping again.
Naru began bossing people around giving them jobs
Maybe if I don't wake up ill have a day off.
Before they all left yasso decided to be mean and speak.

"I'm getting worried is miss mochi dead?"

"No. She's faking it." LIN RAT ME OUT! Not fair i thought he'd let me off for it.

"Mochi if you wanted to you couldve stayed here with mai but cause you faked it you'll come investigate with lin and me."

Awe man. I waved by to mai and left with lin and naru, our first stop was the car lin drove up. He went to the boot and opened a black duffel bag.
Naru went and looked for somin in the dashboard. I heard an annoyed groan come from lin and went to see why. He had two outfits layed out in the boot. One of a long flowy flower dress and the other with a skirt and black shirt and a sweater vest.

"I think you'd look better in the dress but I'd pay to see lin in a skirt" I joked. He chuckled at me and held both outfits up at me to see how they'd look.

"You look good in both. One today other tomorrow?" I nodded and grabbed one with my eyes closed.
Looks like I'm in another skirt.

Lins phone went off with a notification that he'd gotten a message and he grabbed out a pair of shorts from the bag before throwing them at me.
He looked annoyed.

"Why have I been getting messages since yesterday about you in a skirt and how good you look in it?"

I thought for a moment and remembered that one group of guys staring at me and mai.

"Right yea sorry some guys yesterday were looking at mai and I as we hung out a window!"

Naru got up so fast he forgot he was in the car and hit his head on the roof. It was comical. He rushed right over and took lins phone and called the number. Im not sure what happened next because I was told to get dressed in the bathroom.
