19. forbidden pastime

"Thank you lola I dont know what would've happened if you hadn't gotten there. Im glad there safe"

"Lin?" I asked as I tried to get up. I felt someone hold my hands.

"I'm here. You okay?"

"Is mai alright?" I asked opening my eyes.

"Yes im alright I was looking g for a whay in down low and got a huge wife of the chemicals and passed out. Im so sorry I wasn't of much help."

I looked around and saw everyone including lola.
I threw myself up to see her.
It hit me like a bus and I fell down  again, mu head in pain.

"I did that too" mai giggled.

"Lola your here?" Lin sat me up slowly and lola came closer. She stood by me and focused her energy into her hand and slapped me.

"Your too reckless! I sensed you were in danger and came as fast as I could it was so hard to get the two of you back!"

"He can't see you can he?" I said looking between yasso and lola.

Yasso looked at me confused. Lola nodded, she had this pained expression on her face. I know what she was sacrificing for me and I felt so damn guilty.

"Thank you lola thank you for coming here despite it all but you can't hide from it forever. He's right there" I pointed at yasso. Lola nodded and walked in front of him.

She focused and took away his spell so he could see her.

Everyone else including mai left to go do some more stuff. Naru asked yasso and lola to watch over me while they weren't here. It was hard to get lin to leave but he eventually did.

When yasso could see lola he freaked out. He looked at her up and down her irisless grey eyes, he long purple hair down to her knees. Her pale porcelain skin. And the newest detail the flowers that were practically sewn into the skin. They were attached to her like they were apart of her.

"Lolita? Your alive?" He asked scared.

"No im dead i died on impact in the car driving me to the hospital. I was going to get cured when the car collided with another. Im dead yasso."

"I'm sorry I need some time" he said getting up and closer to the door.

"No yasso please" lola coughed and a flower came out. "Please come back"

She followed him out of the nurses office.

I rested for a bit and was thrown into another of those dreams, this time lin and I stood at a shrine what does it mean? Its just a shrine there's nothing more than that. Literally just a shrine. It was more like a picture than a vision.
It changed suddenly to mai and ayako in the base room mai had just woken up and begged ayako to go to the printer room, she left mai and I woke up.

At least I know mai is safe. But im not too sure about myself, the lights went out and I looked to the bed next to me. I remember one of the girls mentioning a spirit in the nurses office. I got out of the bed and went to the door.

I heard the sound of things moving and creaking. I had to get out. I cant get hurt again i just cant. I felt as the room filled with cold air as fhe temperature dropped.
The door was stiff and hard to move. Its selfish of me to ask for help but since lola is no longer fully spiritually connected to me I no longer hold a strong pk. Its weak and exhausting to use. But I need help. If this fails.

I tried my absolute hardest to get the door open using pk. I finally got it to budge when the room shook hard and I lost concentration. I screamed a bit as I felt myself falling.
