13. silent christmas.

I woke up to a camera flash.
My eyes wouldnt oppen but i was awake, by the time i did get my eyes open i saw naru with his phone up taking pictures of me and Lin cuddeling asleep in the den.
It was cold last night and i fell asleep first so i guess he just hugged me till he also fell asleep. How sweet of him. Anyway i woke up and saw naru and he put his phone away and coughed going back to his normal way, i woke Lin up and he was adorable!

"Lin~ wakey wakey~"

"More sleep darling~"

DARLING! LIN CALLED ME DARLING!
I swear my face was red like a tomato, naru chuckled as Lin broght me closer, he got his phone out and took more photo's. He told me to tell him when Lin wakes up and he'd get to work. He left the room closing the door carefully and quietly.

I looked over at Lin and began to brainstorm, i dont want to get out of this with him but it is technically work hours now.
I put a hand on his hair and played with it while thinking.
I didnt realise it but Lin was waking up and he was quick to notice our positions due to cuddeling, i only noticed he was awake because he giggled while i played with his hair.

"Morning~ darling~" i mocked.

"Morning? Darling?"

"Naru wanted you and crashed our cuddle sesh, i tried to wake you up and you called me darling." I informed him as his face grew even more red.

He got up and saw naru while i stayed and played with the pillows in the den some more. I never really have anything to do untill i steal a phone or find paper laying around and start drawing, i always talk with lola whwn shes around.
Thats how the days went though, we'd all work on paperwork or give tea and coffee and when we werent reading munk would have the secret meetings with naru, Lin and his guitar. Me, mai and lola would sit on the sofa/couch and mess around till munk left and we'd offer beferages. Mai borrows books from naru and reads them lying down on the sofa/couch while lola and i sit in the den and read. Lin kept the den up as a place for me to hang out whenever i want to.

Its christmas today mai and i have decided to set up a christmas tree. We were really happy with it too. Naru and Lin came in saying to take it down, but then miss hara came in after them and started helping us put decorations on it. Then ayako. Then munk. Soon enough jhon came in but he didnt help out instead he presented us with a case. On christmas. In a church.

"I havent been to a church in years!!"
I stated as we looked up at the church.

"When was the last time?" Jhon asked.

"Im not sure what age i was but it was with one of my uncles, he held a sunday school for young girls. he was arrested due to being a pedo and died in prison, then i was sent to my other aunt and uncle."

"Thats horrible!" Ayako responded.

"Look! There are children playing over there!" I yelled changing the subject as we aproched the children.

There were a bunch of them they were all playing and smiling, just having fun! We walked over to them and they instantly began to involve us in there games. Ayako and miss hara sat on the benches with them and talked, munk pushed them on the swings. Mai played football with them. I braided there hairs and played rock papper sissors with everyone.

The other 3 went to talk with the priest, father tojo. They were just talking by what i know. We were all massing with the kids but then my group of kinds wanted to play football too so we went to join them.
'There so cute!' I know right! You should come out and meet them. 'Nah i dont want to scare them' awe you care! Im sure they wont mind, the kids by miss hara WANT to see a spirit 
'True may-HAY WHATCH OUT!'
A ball flew at me and i ducked.

"Sorry!" Mai called "i'll go get it!"

I went with her and started looking for the football but we couldnt see it.
Lola you wanna help?
'Sure'

Lola came out my back like venom and looked around a bit. We continued to walk like that and we eventually found the ball but then there was an eeire sound everywhere it was like a knocking sound of wood? Lola left completely to figure out if she could see anything from above as mai and i waslked to find the reason for the noise. We found a little boy with a stick. He was banging it on the floor but how does a stick hitting mud make such a loud noise? It doesnt. Somethings wrong here. The little boy looked at mai and ran away again before even fiving me a glance.

We followed the little boy as he ran away from us, lola came back to join me. We stopped when he ran into a little box thing. When we got there so did naru, jhon, Lin and father tojo.
They tried to get the boy to go to them.
I stood next to lin. It was cold and i didnt have a jacket, i wasnt even looking for his but when i went next to him he took of his jacket thing and put it on me. I smiled at him and hugged his arm.
The little boy looked at the two of us.

"MOM! DAD!" He ran and hugged us.

"HUH?!?" Everyone called out as this bot hugged the two of us.

Father tojo filled us all in on kenji possessing the other kids and how kenji's mom fell ill and his dad took him here at christmas before leaving to look after his mum and to go work far away.
He thinks we are his parents who came back for him. Thats so sad.

Jhon took as all to a seperate room where he could remove kenji from this little boy. He wouldnt let us go though so the three of us had to sit in the middle of the room and play blocks with him. The others where just making coments and drinking hot tea, pretty sure naru was taking photos aswell. Poor kenji He got scared and hid behind Lin for protection when father tojo wanted him for a second. Everyone else went to go talk in a room with father tojo and a nice nany for the children. while they talked and drunk hot tea Lin and i were playing with kenji. Keji was originally brought to the church by his dad 30 years ago. Kenji's older than both me and Lin! He suffered from a mental disorder which made it near impossible for him to speak. He mustve been so happy thinking we were his parents, he actually spoke. He went missing when the church was under construction.
He seems so happy thinking his parents are back. I would be too. The others came back in and ayako was filming as me and kenji played peek a boo and laughing, Lin was smiling and ruffled my hair, kenji smilled and pointed to himself i think he wanted it too. Lin sighed and ruffled his hair aswell. Kenji giggled at this and then picked up some of the transformers and passed me and Lin one each beforw bashing them all together like they were fighting. He got bored of this and played cars.
Jhon thrn began making a start on driving kenji from the boys body. Kenji hung to Lin's jacket that i was still wearing and had one hand holding on tightly to the bottom of Lin's shirt. Jhon put some thing on his head before doing his prayer. The boy fell down and i caught him, but kenji wasnt happy. We heard him call out for his father and mother before there was some trouble. He put up a fight and became agressive. Banging sounds rang out and the lights began to flicker on and off. I heard a scream and covered my ears scared. But no one else heard the scream apart from lola who left my body crying. She covered her ears and phased through the wall.

Next thing i know mai comes over and takes Lin into a hug while giggling.
Kenji just possessed mai!

"Mochi are you okay?"

"Lola screamed. Kenji was really forcefull he tried to possess me but lola was in the way."
