A few hours passed since I was on the Helicarrier, I was trying my own methods in locating the Tesseract. But every time I tried a spell it failed, like it was constantly on the move or it was shielded by magic of it's own. the list of my options dwindled with each one ticking from my mind, but there was one spell I could try but it wasn't very reliable.

I was standing on the fourth highest point in New York city, which was the Empire State Building. It would give me an advantage of clean air, and a focused mind for tracking the Cube. The Tesseract was still a pain in my arse after this long, you think SHIELD would have taken care of keeping it safe, and locked away, not testing it for unlimited power. Some things are out of anyone's control. But yet again, the nagging voice of my subconscious was screaming at me that Loki being captured was far too easy. Though he had the capable skills of fighting, he was also manipulative, coy, and I hate to say it... Clever. So, why in the hell would he get himself captured.

I shook my head free from the thought for now, and focused my sights onto the skyline of New York, as it was still dark out and the lights from building lit up the sky. I inhaled a deep breath, taking in the fumes from vehicles below. I swear it gets worse every decade or so. With my focus on finding the Tesseract, I should be able to track its energy. I felt its faint aura before, back in forty-five, though I wasn't exactly near it, I did feel a strange feeling wash over me so many years ago.

"Dea superna, da vires immersivae minae Cubi indagare," the chant flowed freely from my lips, hoping that the spell would take me to the place where the Tesseract was currently located. I inhaled sharply, closing my eyes for a brief second, before I reappeared within a cell. The cell Loki was currently in, and had his back turned to me. But even from here I could hear his smirk, and the small chuckle that came from the back of his throat.

"Hello Witch," he states with pride, as he spun on his heels to face me.

"Let me guess. You were expecting me?" I shot back before he had a chance to speak, but he just held a smug expression on his face, which I still wanted to punch off. He gracefully sat on the white bench that was provided within the cell, his eyes never leaving mine.

"What brings you - I mean a mere astral form of you to my cell," he was being coy, and I clearly didn't like it on him.

"A spell I cast," I replied, not being frightened by his stare nor his current predicament. "I can sense the Tesseract all over you. Meaning you have been near it. A lot," my eyes narrowed to him, but he was also not threatened by the tactic.

"You will never find it . Even with all the power you have," Loki's eyes wandered up and down my attire. "You think you can get information out of me. But you are sorely mistaken," without a word, he swiftly lifted from the bench, and strode forward as if to in-still fear into me. "I can smell the magic pouring from you, it reeks of good," he spat through clutch teeth, as if my position on Earth, the good I've done made him sick.
