Steve now knew the truth about Karla or now known as Kira. Maybe it wasn't the whole truth, it was enough to satisfy his needs. Knowing that she was alive was enough for now. They slipped back into their old ways, talked about the past, and what he had missed within seventy years. It was kind of a relief to Kira, her own experience through her time living was different. She would not age, but her friends around her would, and it killed her. But Steve was different. For him, he went into that ice back in forty-five, and woke seconds later. In reality he had been asleep for a prolonged time. Easing back into the world was going to be hard for him, but he had Kira by his side.

Months passed after the attack on New York, Kira would meet Steve at 'their spot' in Central park, which was simply that bench. Though SHIELD would leave them alone for now, she was still unsure about their motives. But for now, their arranged meetings would do, and she would take precautions just in case. For hours they talked, laughed, and reminisced about the past, and what the future may hold. Kira was thrilled that someone knew her secret, and that she could just act like herself around him. It was time for her to tell him the whole truth.

Kira walks along the pathway that was laid out in Central Park, her eyes shifting through the many people walking by. New York was getting back on track, and their rebuilding process was going well, due to Stark and his involvement in the rebuilding of the City. Kira sees Steve sitting on the bench, two take-away coffee cups in his hands, waiting for the arrival of Kira. His eyes scanned the people walking by, but soon landed on Kira. She was not her alter ego, just herself. Steve couldn't help but smile at her presence. Steve didn't waste any time and stood up from the bench and walked towards her.

"Kira," he spoke her name in ear distance, as the pair came to a stop in front of one another. Even after months, her name rolled off his tongue with ease, gripping the reality that she changed her name, just too a different variant. "I got you a coffee," he extended his arm out slightly, allowing Kira to take the coffee from his grasp.

"Thank you," she bore a wide smile, bringing the coffee to her lips, and tipping the cup back, allowing the warm bitter liquid to slide down her throat. "There's things I need to speak to you about," her tone turned serious, as she lowered the cup from her lips. Steve nodded simply, knowing that this day would come. Kira walked forward, coming to the side of Steve, they matched their pace, and walked slowly.

"I know you've been waiting for answers, and I thank you for being patient," Kira began, wanting to extend the hand of approchition. "I've only told two other people this century, as this line of work is dangerous. Information is power, it always has, and always will," Steve was going to pay attention to her. "You know the legends and Myths of Gods. The Egyptians, Norse Gods, and Greek. Well, I was born in Ancient Greece to a Greek Goddess and a mortal. Making me a Demigoddess," Kira paused for a moment, her head cocking over to Steve, seeing him wanting for her to continue. "That was five-thousand years ago," Kira wasn't going to beat around the bush about this. Once it was all out, that was it.
