Also fun fact I got inspiration for the last chapter from the song 'The Other Side Of The Door' by Taylor swift. specifically the lyrics 'I said leave but all I want is for you to stand outside my window throwing pebbles screaming I'm in love with you, wait there in the pouring rain coming back for more'.

Btw this chapter has some strong topics including rape and sexual assault. I will not be writing it specifically but the character will speak about it. If you feel uncomfortable whatsoever go ahead and skip this chapter.

Tommy's POV

I felt complete for once. It felt like everything made sense. It had been a month since Lia and me started dating and I have never been happier. They way we talked together and they way our personalities worked we fit together like a puzzle piece.

Lia was over at my house every other day and sometimes more. Since Lia has been around more my father has left my alone more which slightly put my nerves at ease. Me and Lia were ready to take on the world, at least it felt like that.

"Hi tiny" I joked as Mia let me into the foster home.

"Hi asshole" she joked back.

"Language!" I said as I walked into the house.

"You swear more than me!" She defended herself

"and your ten years younger than me" I replied, Reaching for her sides to tickle her. Me and Mia had gained sort of a sibling relationship. Lia seemed to like how well we got along as Mia is the only child that gets along with Lia.

Mia descended into her fit of giggles as I tickled her. I picked her up and put her on my shoulders resulting in her screaming that she it the queen on the world because she could touch the roof. We continued to mess around till a woman around the age of 40 with her black hair, and a green blouse yelled at us.

"Who the hell are you and why are you in my house!" The woman yelled, I realized it was Madum Forum.

"Don't worry Chelsy, this it Tommy!" Mia informed her.

"I will tell you again Mia I don't like you calling me my first name" he yelled at the child, I felt bad for Mia until she responded.

"I know, I just needed you to change conversation topics" she replied smugly

"Ugh whatever, why are you in my house" she asked me, in a tone that made her seem like she has authority that she doesn't have.

"I'm here to see Lia" I said

"Why would you want to see that bitch" she responded in a very snarky tone.

"First of all don't call her a bitch!" I said trying not to raise my tone.

"And she is my girlfriend that's why" I sad proudly to get her to shut up and it worked. She scurried off without another word and I heard Mia giggle.

"And that's one of the many reasons she is a bitch" Mia said in a matter of fact tone. Me and Mia talked a bit more until I decided to go see Lia.

I opened her door to see her peacefully asleep on her bed. I smiled to myself and sat beside her. I scrolled through Twitter waiting for her to wake up.

Time skip
Nobody's POV

As Lia slept Tommy was unaware of the memories flooding through her head.

"So miss Lia, we're going to play a little game"the older man said as he began to reach up the girls thigh.

"W-what are you d-doing" Lia said as she became uncomfortable with the contact.

"I'm gonna do something and you aren't going to fight back, and you will not scream" he said as he tries to take off her shirt.

"P-Please s-stop" she pleaded

"I said to not fight back!" He screamed, finally forcing her shirt off.

Suddenly Tommy noticed Lia was crying s and shaking in her sleep. Tommy quickly put down his phone and ran his hands through her hair trying to calm her. I didn't seem to work cause suddenly she started screaming no, no , no. Tommy was extremely confused but continued typing to comfort his girlfriend. Suddenly Lia shot up from her sleep still sobbing.

"No! No! Please no!" She pleaded as she curled into a ball in the corner of her bed. Tommy was extremely confused until he realized she was still scared from her nightmare.

"Hey, it's ok, it's me" Tommy reassured her as he scooted closer to her. At the sound of his voice Lia began to calm down but was still sobbing. Tommy instinctively pulled Lia into a hug and she burred her head in his chest. She continued sobbing into her chest and Tommy's heart was broken by her sadness.

"Hey t-Tommy"

"Yes Lia"

"C- Can I tell you s-something" she stuttered out of nervousness.

"Anything" he responded with a sympathetic smile. Lia took a deep breath and said something that could break anyone.

"B-back at my o-old foster h-home, the m-man who took care of m-me..." she began as tears rolled down her face. Tommy held a his breath worried what she will say.

"I w-was r-raped 3 times b-before anyone f-found out!" She sobbed Tommy pulled her into a hug a he as well sobbed. Tommy's mind was spinning and so was Lia's. Tommy was still trying to comprehend the depressing news he just heard. He was outraged by a man that he had never met.

But Lia was worried because she just told the most important person in her life her biggest secret. But she relaxed as he hugged her tight and she felt his tears roll down her shoulder and hers do the same.

They sat there for about ten minutes before Tommy spoke up.

"I'm sorry you have to deal with this shit, it's not fair" he cried but comforted her nonetheless.

"You didn't deserve it, and I promise I will never let it happen again " he reassured her, she knew he was serious. 'He really cares' she thought .

"Thank you t-Tommy" she smiled

"I don't know what I would do without you" she admitted. He then pulled her into a kiss and her returned the gesture. The kissed for a minute before getting up. As they left the house holding hand Lia gave madam forum a smug smile making her scowl. Tommy smiled at her and they left the house.

All was good and they were aware of it. Sure he still self harmed and had an abusive father. And sure she was still traumatized, but for them, they were ok.

But as per usual that wouldn't last long.
