"Shh... shh... it's okay, what is it Hotaru-chan?"
An eleven-year-old boy who was in a white pyjama, who had super messy green hair and was wearing a medical eyepatch over his left eye and fluffy slippers was hugging and comforting a girl at the age of 6 who had black hair with green strikes, the girl was also wearing a pyjama similar to the boy's and was crying out tears and sobbing, they were in a bedroom which only had a bed and a desk stationed beside the bed and all of it was white, seemingly like a minimalist future house, the boy was kneeling on top of the bed as the girl who was crying hugged him tight as if he was the only hope she had.
"Hotaru-chan, it's okay, he isn't here... hey I'm sorry you got scared, but... it's okay, everyone gets scared in their life... Hotaru-chan, can you name me five things you can see?"
"*Sniffles, uhm... I see... my hands, your green hair, my stuffy, my... the white bed, and water stains? *sniffles"
"Very good, now... what are four things you feel?"
"The soft bed... *sniffles, my pyjamas, the cold air, and *sniffles, the tingly green thing..."
The girl seemed to have calmed down and the tears have stopped flowing, with her grip on her hug loosening, but she still was sobbing slightly with a few tears dropping, the boy just kept smiling a reassuring smile and then after a few minutes the girl finally calmed down, the boy then got off the bed while still holding the girls hand and gently dragged her towards the door which opened and came into view was a kitchen.
"Hey... I know, how about a glass of hot cocoa?"
The girl just stood there while holding the boy's hand and didn't budge, the boy just kept smiling and started to make two cup of hot cocoa and then passed one of the cups to the girl who held it and began to drink it very slowly, the boy then set the girl on one of the chairs that was stationed beside of the big rectangular table, the boy then sat next to the girl and moved his hand very gently and slow towards the girl's hair and then stroked it gently the girl at first flinched but then relaxed into the calming hands of her saviour, silence engulfed the kitchen with just the sound of marble hitting ceramic and the sound of slurping cocoa, they stayed that way before a voice interrupted them.
"Izuku-sama, is everything alright?"
A man with white hair that was styled in a manner that was similar to the boy's hair and black eyes who was wearing a tuxedo, the man also had slight eyebags under his eyes, indication of the lack of resting, the man also yawned before the boy answered.
"Nothing Funai-sensei, just relaxing with a mug of cocoa."
The man smiled as he then went to the coffee machine and made a cup for himself while the girl finished her drink, she then smiled a soft smile, the boy then stopped caressing her hair and then got up but the girl then asked.
"Sensei..."
The girl spoke in a very soft and quiet tone while looking down, the boy then kneeled down and held her face.
"Yes? You can ask me anything Hotaru-chan, what is it?"
"Uhm... how did you dealt with your nightmares?"
"Hotaru-chan, even I'm still dealing with my nightmares... Hotaru-chan, why do you think we get nightmares?"
"... I don't know."
"Nightmares happen because we dwell on the past that we don't like, sometimes it is a reminder of someone, but mainly... it's because you haven't achieved peace within yourself... come Hotaru-chan, how about I hum you a lullaby?"
