Chapter Nine

"It's beautiful isn't it Midoriya-san."

At the top of a mountain, the night blue sky seemed magical with multiple shining stars and the crescent moon we see a bench on the side of the mountain, there were many flowers scattered across the plane where the bench was located, there were many fireflies flying around the place with a few butterflies flying around too, we see two teens, one was a 12-year-old boy with viridian messy hair with green emerald eyes who was wearing a dark and mint green Japanese kimono while the other is a 14-year-old girl with blonde hair shaped into a bun with several red flowers inserted to her hair with cyan eyes and was wearing a red kimono with a cyan flower motif.

"It is, isn't it? So how are the kids holding up Hanako Oka?"

The boy asked while looking at the girl who is identified as 'Hanako Oka', the girl then smiled a smile at the sky before facing the boy and held the boy's hand before speaking.

"Everyone is fine, all thanks to you and your friends Midoriya-san... I don't know how we can repay you for getting us out of that shit hole."

'Midoriya' returned the smile at her while still holding her hand, he pulled out a green and black business card and gave it to her.

"Your kids and your happiness are all that I ever wanted Oka-san, I don't want anything except for a few favours in the future."

She then eyed the card closely, then she put it inside her kimono sleeve and then stood up from the bench and looked at the boy in front of her, at first, she thought that this boy would want something else but turns out no.

"And also, before you leave, would you like to join us Oka-san?"

"What do you mean Midoriya-san?"

The girl saw the boy stood up and walked towards the edge of the plane on top of the mountain and the girl followed him, the boy then picked a pink tulip and spoke.

"Once you step outside there, you need money and I'm not sure you can get a job out there without the necessary paperwork... you and your kids need a roof to stay under and also need food... I can provide you a home here, with food too... and you won't just be sitting around either... since I have the contacts necessary for you to get a borderline illegal job when you join Acheron... so, what do you say Oka-san?"

The boy said while picking the tulip petals and throwing them towards the edge of the plane and falling down until no petals were left, the girl who was trying to see the pros and cons of joining the boy's organization, after a few minutes she then spoke.

"Give me some time to think Midoriya-san... I need to consider this---"

"Oka-san, I know that this all might be too good to be true, but I really just want to help you... I can't stand children suffering."

Shocked by the genuine kindness and generosity in the boy's voice, the girl smiled as she saw behind the at first cold-blooded killer, behind it all was just a pure heart that wanted to help everyone, no matter what quirk or race, this boy just wanted the best for everyone.

"Yes... I accept."

"Good, then let's get you settled in, shall we?"

She then followed the boy as the boy walked towards the exit but before looking at what it seems to be a stone that was beautifully carved with expertise and love, with multiple chrysanthemum flowers around it, and it has letters that was carved on the stone which said a sentence:

'Here lies Hotaru Nakama, may she rest in peace.'

"I AM HERE AS A PROJECTION!"
