Chapter 22- Carnival

~~Lexi's POV~~

I slid my shirt back on and situated it to my comfort. No, I know what your thinking, but know James and I did not have sex. We just got into a very, very heated make out session. I look over at James who is putting his shirt back on. I smile at him and walk over to him. "I'm so lucky to have you, James... you know that?" 

He smiles and looks down at me, "Its actually me who is the lucky one. I'm able to wake up and call you mine every morning, that is.. until you don't want me anymore." His smile falters, but keeps shining. 

I wrapped my arms around his neck and gave him a small, but loving peck to the lips. "I will always want you James."

~~Arriving at Danny's house~~

~~Still Lexi's POV~~

I watch as the bus slowly pulls away from Danny's place. As the bus turns the corner and disappears I turn and walk to the house-bags in hand. Ben, Danny, and James had gotten a head start and were already up the driveway. I ran to catch up to James who had stopped to wait for me. My bags were quite heavy. 

I had just about reached him when I felt my foot snag something on the ground. I dropped all of my bags and started to fall forwards. I had anticipated to hit the hard ground, but instead I felt arms wrap around my waste. I looked up to see James' sparkling eyes starring into mine. 

He lifted me up back to my feet. "You gotta be more careful, Lexi! Can't have that beautiful face of yours getting scratched up." He said with a smirk on his face. I hit his arm softly and gathered my bags back up. With a huff James and I walk over to the door thats opened. 

Ben and Danny are standing in the doorway with looks of worry on both of their faces.

~~2 hours ago~~

~~Ben's POV~~

Danny's sitting in the front lounge with Cameron and Blake. (This is the time when Lexi and James are in the back of the bus ;) ) We had just dropped off Sam, but James stayed on the bus since he was coming with Danny, Lexi and I. 

I walked over to Danny who was on his laptop doing god knows what. I tapped on his shoulder and he looked up at me. I gave him a look saying 'we need to talk'. He closed his laptop and got up. "Hey Cameron, Blake, can you two go back to the bunk area I need to talk to Ben real quick."

They both nodded and headed back to the bunks. "Danny, I really wanted to talk to you about something...." 

"What is it Benny?" His eyes looked clouded over with worry. 

"You know how you said that if I wasn't ready we wouldn't tell anyone about our relationship when we first started dating..?" I said softly. He nodded furiously signaling for me to go on. "I think I'm ready to tell someone, not everyone. Just like Lexi.. and maybe James." 

His face went bank for a second, but then a huge grin spread across his face. "Of course!" He then leaned in a placed a small kiss to my lips. 

~~Back to normal time~~

~~James POV~~

Once Lexi and I got to the door we were both greeted with a worried looking Danny and Ben. 

"Can we see you two in the living room for a second please?" Ben asked us. This must be really important too, Ben never says please.

Lexi and I dropped our bags at the front door. Lexi followed Ben and Danny into the living room while I stayed back so I could close the door. After I had closed and locked the door, I walked into the hallway and over to the living room. Lexi was seated on one couch while Danny and Ben were on the other. I slowly sat down next to Lexi.

"So Ben and I have gone through this and we, mostly Ben, has decided that you guys should be the first to know." Danny said slowly as if he were trying to keep himself calm. 

My face, including Lexi's, churned with confusion.

"What do you mean, Danny?" Lexi spoke up. 

"Well... You see..." Danny started, but Ben took over. 

"Danny and I have been dating for over a month now in a secret relationship and we wanted to let you guys know first."

My mouth almost hit the ground at what they had just said.
