Chapter 27- Stressed Out

~~Ben's POV~~

I wake up with the sun shining through the windows curtains. I squint at the sudden breach of light hitting my face and try to turn away. I'm stopped by the arm draped over my waste. I turn my head to see Danny laying there, mouth slightly ajar as quiet snores escape from his lips. 

I smile slightly and rest my head back onto the pillow loving the feeling of Danny pressed to my back side. The sun is soon forgotten as I fall into darkness. 

~~James POV~~

Lexi and I lay in bed talking about nonsense. 

"Hey so you know how Ben and Danny are dating?" I ask adjusting my head so I can get Lexi in view. 

"Yeah," She whispers picking at some nothing on the sheets of her bed. 

"Are you like.... freaked out by that at all?" This catches her attention. She puts the sheets down and lifts herself up by her elbows. 

"No... Why? Are you?" 

"No, not at all. I was just wondering." My words are honest, but I can tell she's weary about it. 

"I love you." She blurts.

"Wait, what?" I think I heard her say she loves me, I must be mistaken though. She couldn't possibly... could she?

"I said I love you.." a light shade of pink dances across her face. 

I wrap my arms around her, "I love you too." Outside I'm as cool as can be, but on the inside I'm screaming with joy. I lay my lips to her heated cheeks, "Forever and Always."

~~Later That Day~~

~~Lexi's POV~~

 Time seemed to fly by today. It seems like only moments ago James and I were cuddling on my bed; now we lay on the couch watching Batman. My head was rested on the arm of the couch and my feet are set on James' lap. Danny and Ben sit on the couch next to us. They're practically laying on top of one another, which is quite funny might I add. 

 I go to move my legs off of James, but accidentally hit his junk. "What the fuck!" He basically yells. 

"Oh my god, I'm sorry.." I couldn't help but laugh at him. 

"Did you have to kick my valuables?" He turns towards me, I could tell he was in a lot of pain, but somehow I found this funny. 

"Trust me there is nothing valuable about that tiny willy of yours!" I hear Ben shout over the movie. I almost fall over laughing. 

James shoots a glare at him. "It's not tiny!" His voice is really high pitched, like it usually is when he gets defensive. 

Danny decides to chime in with an, "Oh yeah it is."

I'm nearly crying at this point. "No it isn't... Just ask Lexi."

The room goes silent and my laughter stops immediately. Danny's head turns around with the most disgusted look. His eyes dart from James to me. James face stilled with regret painted all over his body. 

"What did you just say, James?" Danny growls at him. 

"N-Nothing.." James looks like a deer caught in the headlights. If I were James I would seriously just die in my spot. Between the high amount of tension and the look Danny was giving James, I would have started running by now. 

"Calm down Danny.." Ben whispers, putting his hand on Danny's shoulder. I instantly see him soften up a bit. Danny lets out a sigh and rubs his hand across his face with enough annoyance that even I can feel it. 

He gets up and I can see James flinch out of the corner of my eye. Danny walks over to him; Danny's towering over James, now. "Don't ever speak that way about Lexi... Ever again. You hear me?" James just nods. 

Danny sighs and walks out of the room with a lost looking Ben trailing behind him. 

I let out a breath I didn't know I was holding in, and put my full attention on James. It take him a minute to realize I'm starring at him, when he does he looks at me with a sly look on his face. 

"What was his issue?" 

All I can do is roll my eyes. 

A/N- So yeah... This chapter is late I know, but I was so busy looking through ideas for chapter 30. I'm pretty much getting some of the same stuff.. so Please feel free to leave and Idea in the comments if you want to :)
