Chapter 7- The Nobodies

Before you get on to the story I just wanted to say that the music and songs that i title my work with doesnt ever necessarily have to do with what will happen in the story. Its mostly just there becasue its a song that i really like or enjoyed while writing the chapter.

“Hey, Lexi….” Blake said walking up to my bunk. 

It was a couple hours after the whole Cameron and Blake thing, and I hadn't talked to Blake since then. It wasn't because I was upset or angry, but because I thought it would be awkward. 

I set my book on the bed beside me and looked over to him. 

“I was supposed to come get you.. The guys decided to stop at this restaurant place.” I said shyly.

“Okay.” I said getting out of my bunk. Blake turns to leave but I put my hand on his shoulder making him stop. “Hey, can we just forget about what had happened earlier? I hate this awkward silence going on between us….”

“Of course, now lets get going. I heard the food here is great!” He smiles at me before stepping back. I look at him confused. “Wanna race?”

A small smirk finds its way to my face. “Yes.” I say running past him and into the front of the bus. Blake is right behind me as I open the door. He was probably a bit to close, cause when I opened the door he pushed me and I fell out. I was expecting the ground, but instead I got two big arms. I looked up and saw James. He put me back on my feet.

“Are you okay?” He says laughing.

I look around at everyone else, and to no surprise they were also laughing. “Im fine.” 

~~Later that evening~~ 

I was once again laying in my bunk. I was so close to finishing my book, when my curtain get pulled back. “What?” I ask not looking up from my book. 

“Were at the hotel.” It wasn't Blake this time, it was Sam. I look up at him and smile. He walks off and I grab my book before heading off towards the others who were in the living room area. 

“So I got all of our rooms sorted out. We only could get four rooms.” Danny says holding up our room keys. With what he had said made me a little bit excited.. Maybe I could get a room with James. I walk over to James and grab his hand making him jump a little but entwine his fingers with mine. He slowly but steadily rubs his thumb over mine. 

Danny looks over to James and me. “Lexi, Im giving you the extra room. For one because your the only girl, and secondly because I don't want you sleeping in the same room as James.” My smile quickly turns into a pout. 

James pulled me out of the bus while the rest continued to talk about who was sleeping in what room with who. James was still holding my hand when we got outside. “Hey, I know Danny put you in that separate room because of me, but I was wondering if later… Maybe I could come over and we can just watch movies and stuff…” He looked like he was nervous, but my smile returned quickly. 

I pulled him into a kiss. We broke apart and a whispered a small seductive, “Yeah, you can come.” 

A/N~~ not my best work IK but I just felt like I needed to update. For those who are actually reading this… I will update again either tonight or tomorrow!! :)
