He grabs my hand and makes me stand by him. He flipped out his watch and it showed many different options. It had multiple colors spread across his arm. It looked like a hologram implanted into his arm. Before i could say anything, he pressed an evaporation button, looked at me and with that, the room looked as if it was closing in front of my eyes.

When i finally began to look around at the new scenery, i seen big white lights hanging from the ceiling. I heard commotion and when i looked around, I seen people and.. creatures? They looked worried, looking where there were red lights blaring in the room ahead of them. I wanted to walk up but Terence stopped me and pressed another button and the room closed again.

When i began to see again, i noticed we were back in the boring empty visitors room at the facility.

“What was that?! Who were those creatures and what was happening?” i ask, out of breath from anxiety.

“I told you, the USSCs system is failing and you're the only one who can fix it.” he rephrases.

“How?” i ache. That's a lot of pressure for me. My universe and millions of other ones? I don't think i can do this.

“I’ll show you. When you get there you can have your own area to think, work out plans, you name it.” he encourages.

“Really? What about the end of the world?” I question.

“That's up to you. You can come with me and stop the world from ending, or, say goodbye to everything while you can.” he challenges.

When he puts it that way, there's a clear path to choose. Yet again, how can i trust this man? He could've just drugged me for all I know. But, if he is telling the truth, it's something worth the risk.

I took a deep breath and looked him in the eyes. It's all for nothing.

“Okay, I'm in.”
