School eventually ended as I was now walking home. I wanted to be alone but of course ‘Mr. Reed’ wanted to be of moral support. I guess I really needed it, it bothered me all day considering I couldn't get what happened out of my head.
“Are you sure you're okay? You're never this quiet when she talks down on you.” Arlo asks, running up from behind me.
“I don't know, Arlo. She used my mom against me.” I spoke in a low tone.
I honestly didn't know how to feel. Yeah her talking down on me is normal, but she used my personal life to do it.
“So?” Arlo asks confused, “You hate your mom for what she did to you and your dad.”
He had a point. But there was more to it.
“I know what she did, Arlo. But she's still my mom, what Ashley said hurt and what she does to me needs to stop.” I answer. I'm done being the villain because of what Ashley does when all she does is play victim.
“Well what are we gonna do about it?” Arlo asks, being there by my side as always.
“I don't know yet. All I know is that I need dirt on her so people will maybe realize what she's done to me and other kids.” I say.
I really hope this works. After what happened today, I need to get her to stop somehow. It's time to reveal someone's true colors.
