ᴄʜᴀᴘᴛᴇʀ sɪxᴛᴇᴇɴ

The six of us watched as everything and everyone started to come back. It was a cool site to see. I was so caught up in it, I forgot about my home.

I got up and ran to the room with surveillance of the galaxies and saw mine coming out of the black area. I have never felt such relief in my life. I heard multiple footsteps behind me and I turned around to face the five who helped me save the multiverse, Una and Frank on one side, Carson and Collin on the other. And there stood Terence, my mentor, my friend and the man behind it all, standing in the front.

"Everything okay?" He asks with a comforting smile. 

"Yeah. Everythings just fine." i reassure, returning the happy smile.

He motions his head, mentally telling me to go with them. I smile and walk up to Terence as the rest of the move out the way and follow behind us. As I walked back to the main room, I received many high fives and 'Go Olivia!', 'You're a hero!'. I never felt as special as i did until now and i wasn't going to decline it now.

"Ladies and gentlemen, the one who saved the world, the rumor, the myth, the legend, Olivia Stammer!" Frank introduces me while I walk in.

Everyone cheered. Chanting my name. Workers clapping. It felt good doing something right. No revenge plan. No blackmail. Just helping out.

"You did so great, Olivia!" Una cheered, coming to walk beside me.

"Yeah! She should work here, don't you think, Dernor?" Fred agreed, running past Una to walk backwards facing us.

Terence looked at me with a hopeful look on his face. I smiled and said, "Let's just wait till I get home."

We all laughed as Carson and Collin walked up to us.

"Well the time capsule is up and running. It looks nice and new too. Great work, Olivia." She congratulated me.

"Yeah, you did good. Better than I can. Sorry for doubting you. I just never thought a twelve year old would be as smart as me." Collin apologized.

"I'm fifteen!" I corrected, laughing.

"Really? You look like a sixth grader." He replied.

I just death stared him, "I'm joking!" He laughs, putting his hands in the air in defense, "Jeez you save the world and suddenly you can't be messed with." He huffs. We all laugh at him as he messes up my hair.

"Alright, alright. I know you guys want to have fun, but I'm sure Olivia wants to get home first." Terence spoke.

I nodded and the four groaned. He was right though, I did want to see how it was back at home.

"Okay, let's go." Terence guided.

"I'll be back, I promise." I smile and wave at the four.

They smiled and waved back. Then, the room began to close, just like it did the first time. When I opened my eyes we were in an alleyway that I noticed was just up the street from my home.
