Chapter-5

Alec's POV 

      I went to the door to get the pizzas Magnus ordered. I opened the door and the pizza boy handed me the pizzas "Good evening sir" I bought the pizzas and paid for them "Good evening to you too"

    The boy at the door looked at me with his wide green eyes. "Hey, are you going to eat all of this by yourself?" I looked at the boy at the door, he was a really nice looking guy with blond hair and green eyes.

      "Ehm... No, I have a friend in there?" The boy smiled mischievously, "Your girlfriend or boyfriend?" I looked at the boy confused, 'What is he trying to do?' I thought.

     I opened my mouth to give a full answer, but I was startled by Magnus' voice from behind, "Baby did you get the pizzas?" Magnus came towards me and put his hand on my waist and pulled me towards himself

     "What th-" Before I could finish my sentence, Magnus looked up the boy at the door, "Thanks for the pizza, good evening." Magnus pulled me in and grabbed the doorknob to close the door.

       While I was waiting behind the door, I heard Magnus mutter something to the pizza boy, but I couldn't understand what he was saying. With that, Magnus closed the door and we went back to the living room under our blanket.

    I snuggled into the blanket well. Since we left the door open, it was starting to get cold inside. I looked at Magnus, who was sitting next to me, "What did you just do?"

     He took a big bite of his pizza and replied, "What?" I rolled my eyes and looked at Magnus "You called me baby and acted like we were lovers! Why?" Magnus started giggling, "He was trying to flirt with you, so I pretended that we were lovers to stop it."

     I raised an eyebrow and looked at Magnus, 'Oh my God, did Magnus just get jealous of me?' I decided to test Magnus just to be sure. "Why did you stoped? He was hot, actually." Magnus looked at me with wide eyes. I gave a smug smile and continued.

    "You know what? I was thinking about getting his number if you didn't come." Magnus looked at me with sad eyes, 'is he really upset that I spoke to someone else? '

   Magnus gulped. He was about to open his mouth when I didn't give him a chance, and i continue, "I'm just kidding. I was offended by his actions anyway. I'm glad you came and saved me from the awkward conversation."

      A smile began to appear on Magnus' face. "You're welcome, I didn't really have any bad intentions, I just wanted to come and see if everything was alright when you were gone for a long time. When I heard you talking, I thought you might be uncomfortable, so I approached you in the first way that came to mind."

     I simply nodded, "So, what did you say to him after you pulled me in?" Magnus started to blush suddenly and hung his head and started filling his mouth with pizza.

     "Magnus?!" Magnus didn't answer, "Magnus, what did you say to him?" Magnus swallowed and answered with his hands covering his face.

     "I told him not to keep my boyfriend busy." I looked at Magnus in surprise, "It's not that bad. Why didn't you want to tell me in the first place?"

     Magnus took a deep breath and looked at me, "Because that wasn't all I said." I opened my eyes and looked at Magnus.
 
     "I told him not to keep you busy because we're going to have a wild and hot night after eating our pizzas, and I'll make you scream my name out until the morning."  With that said, I could feel my face getting hot, "OH MY GOD!! Magnuss Why would you say such a thing?!" 

     "I don't know, okay? I suddenly had the urge to make him jealous." I let out a small groan and slammed Magnus in the face with the pillow next to me. Magnus was suddenly taken aback by what had happened.

     I started to laugh, however Magnus took a pillow from his side and slapped me in the face. I raised my eyebrows and looked at Magnus, "Ohhh, you're going to regret doing this."

      Magnus suddenly got up from his seat and began to get on his knees. "Is that so, Lightwood?" This means war to me so I got up on my knees and quickly hit Magnus.

       Magnus started laughing and pushed me onto the couch with the pillow. I lost my balance and began to lie on my back on the couch.
 
    However, I started laughing out loud. Magnus had his knees on either side of me. I waved my hands in the air, trying to keep Magnus from hitting me again.

     Magnus let go of the pillow and grabbed my wrists and pinned them to the top of my head. It was the first time I felt so close to Magnus.

     Magnus was holding me and standing above me. I thought, 'I really want to kiss him'. I looked at Magnus' lips, the most beautiful lips I've ever seen in my life. My laughter was slowly starting to end. I felt my breathing getting heavy. "Mag... uh... Maghhss.." I couldn't get the words out properly. I started to feel very weak and vulnerable. I wanted to scream. Suddenly, tears started to flow from my eyes.

      Magnus immediately let go of my wrists "Alexander!! Oh my god I'm so sorry" Magnus quickly ran to my inhaler I had left on the kitchen table and handed it to me with trembling hands.

     “I'm so sorry Alexander, please, I didn't mean to hurt you, I'm so sorry.” I took a long breath of the inhaler. I closed my eyes and tried to calm down. I could feel Magnus's hand running across my arm.

     I slowly opened my eyes, The first thing that caught my attention was Magnus' watery eyes. His perfect brown eyes looked bright from the tears. 'The most beautiful eyes I've ever seen in my life,' I thought.

      Magnus blinked, and tears began to run down his red cheeks. I brought my hand to Magnus' face and wiped away the tears with my thumb. "Magnus, I'm fine. Don't be afraid, I'm fine. Everything is fine." 

    Magnus released a deep breath. I straightened up and sat back in my seat under the blanket. I lifted the end of the blanket and pointed to the couch, and Magnus got up from the floor and sat next to me.

     I covered the two of us tightly with a blanket. "Alexand-" I didn't let Magnus finish his sentence. "No Magnus, don't apologize. Look, I'm fine, what just happened has nothing to do with you. Don't blame yourself, okay?" Magnus nodded and lowered his head. "Don't worry, let's keep watching the movie."

     However, Magnus started the movie where we left off and we continued to watch Star Wars again. Magnus reached for the pizza box on the coffee table and picked it up and placed it on our lap. "Why didn't you eat pizza?" Without looking away from the movie, I replied, "I'm not hungry." Magnus was about to protest when I silenced him "Shhh, shut up. I'm trying to watch a movie over here." White that Magnus gave a small chuckle "Okay boss"

   Me and Magnus continued to watch movies without noticing the time. I felt my eyelids getting heavy. I let out a small yawn and rest my head on the back of the couch.
