Chapter-31

Alec's POV

      It was my first day back to school in a long time. I ran my hands through my hair in front of the mirror, trying to straighten my hair. Satisfied enough with the look of my hair, I took a step back and looked at my reflection in the mirror.

    I was wearing Magnus' black and white striped sweater. The sweater was really too big even for me, I thought, 'How was Magnus wearing this?'

    The collar of the sweater was too big, leaving my collarbones exposed. I looked in the mirror at the faded bruises on my collarbones, ran my fingers over it, lost in thought as I was brought out of my thoughts by the ringing of my phone.

    ''Good morning Baby. Don't forget to have breakfast. ♥️''

    I was just about to reply when another message came

   "By the way, your coffee isn't breakfast, eat real food. 😚"

    I couldn't help smiling and replied immediately.

"Good morning to you too, darling.💙"

    I put the phone in my pocket and went down to the kitchen, my mother was sitting at the kitchen table sipping her coffee. I looked at the breakfast plate she had prepared on the table.

    She had prepared a plate full of tomatoes, cucumbers, cheese, and eggs. I immediately took my phone out of my pocket and took a picture of it, writing "Are you happy now? " and sent it to Magnus. Magnus just sent a kiss emoji and I set the phone on the table and started to have my breakfast, feeling nauseous after taking a few bites.

    Eating in the morning was still very difficult for me. "Alec honey are you okay?" my mom looked at me worriedly. "No mom, I'm fine just eating in the morning is still difficult for me."

    "I see dear, is there anything I can do?" I thought for a while. ''Actually, there is, Magnus made me a cup of tea every time I felt sick during my stay with him, it was really good. Can you make me that tea?" My mother got up and went to the stove

    "Of course, honey, what was in the tea?"

    "I don't remember exactly, but it should have been lemon and ginger."

     My mother nodded and started making the tea for a while. Then after I finished my breakfast, my mother brought me a cup of tea. I took a sip of the tea and spit it back into the glass as I took it. "What happened?" I made a disgusted expression. "Mom, that's gross, I'm sorry but it doesn't look anything like what Magnus does and it tastes awful." Mom took a deep breath.

    "Okay honey, handle it today, I'll call Magnus tonight and get the recipe. Is it okay?" I nodded.

    Izzy got out of her room and come to the kitchen stomped something in her mouth, "Come on, Alec, we're going to be late, let's go to school." I glanced at my watch and saw that we were really about to be late. Me and Izzy got in the car and started to drive to school, fifteen minutes later we were in the school parking lot.

    I got out of the car and looked around suddenly I saw Magnus getting out of one of car and I walked right up to him "Good morning" Magnus quickly gave me a kiss on the cheek "Good morning babe." Izzy looked at the two of us with a smile on his face "Whose car is this Magnus?" Magnus looked at Izzy with a questioning expression on his face.

    "Umm.. It's mine?"

    "You have a car?"

     Magnus put his arm around my waist. "Yes Alexander, I have a car. I prefer to walk, though." I raise my eyebrows. "Why do I don't know that?" Magnus brought his head closer to my neck. "Because we were busy with other things the whole time you were staying with me" I felt my face turn red "Magnuss... stop it... someone will see us."

    Magnus was smiling, wispering sweetly in my ear, and after a while we both flinched at Izzy's voice "Eww... you're disgusting" I pulled away from Magnus' embrace, me and Magnus simultaneously rolling our eyes. "Well... have you decided to tell the others the thing between you?" Magnus and I looked at each other,

    "No. Not yet."

     "Come on, Alec, at least tell our friends how long are you going to hide it?"

    ''I don't know, Iz. You go to your class, we'll talk later."

    "Whatever."

     Izzy moved away from us. "Shall we go to class?" Magnus nodded. "Wait, I forgot something in the car." Magnus went to his car and after a while came back with a purple and silvery thermos and handed it to me.

    "What is this?"

     "Ginger tea, I know you still have a hard time eating in the mornings so I decided to bring it to school for you." It melted my heart that Magnus was thinking about me this much, all I wanted to do was stick my lips to Magnus's and tell him how much I loved him.

    Wait a minute... WHAT?  LOVE HIM?!! My face suddenly took on a confused expression, "Alexander? Are you okay, what happened?" Magnus nudges me. I was lost in my own thoughts. A tear fell from my eye, I didn't know why I was crying, I just never thought that I would fall in love with someone, but now I realized that I was in love with the man standing in front of me with brown bright eyes looking at me anxiously.

    I hugged Magnus tightly. "Thank you Magnus. Thank you so much. I'm glad you're in my life." Magnus pats my back and after a while we parted and walked to class together. 

    The rest of the day passed as usual. During lunch break me and Andrew painted in the art class. Spending time with Andrew wasn't as boring as I expected, I had enough fun during my lunch break.

    After school was over, Magnus and I agreed to go to our own homes. While we were out of school, we had to work to make up for our shortcomings, but since we started dating, the last thing me and Magnus do when we get together is study.

    As soon as I came back from school, I went to my room, spread my books on my bed and started studying.
