Nicholas' pov

" One two three,one two three" I counted with anger as I watched the men try to rest. There was no backimg down..I had to put my past behind me once and for all.

I had been down the training arena for three days and nights. Today was our last day of training and I had barely seen any of my family.

Not even the pretty woman in my life or the fool I got as best friends.

Darwin,Lance and Horatio were busy creating back ups and traps in case Gullian tried to pull a fast one on us.

I had a sick feeling in my stomach....that I was gonna lose something but faith got me moving on.

"Okay okay,take ten" the men scrambled off to get something down their throat...I watched as I saw their already built up body become more brawnier.

" Hey"

I turned to find Felicia in sports outfit sitting on one of the punch bags.

" How long you've been here?" I asked.

" Bout and hour, decided to check on you,Louisa told me to ... hasn't seen you for days"

" Yeah I need to train... Harder...an...," She stopped me by moving forward. Her waist swaying ...I realized she had become thicker.

" Why not rest, you know this fight is not just about the strongest but the one with the biggest heart"

" Bambina" I let out a sigh.

" Come on follow me" she pulled me up the stairs.

I signalled Troy to take over. We werent really cool but I had let it slide.

I followed her groggily outside to the poolside.

She smiled slightly and pulled out a necklace...

It was the kind that meant someone could have the other half.

It was the shape of a woman.

I looked closer and realized it was her.

" Wear it" she urged.

"I have the man"

" But why this gift"

" Tomorrow,we are going to be separated ....in case you don't find me by your side when fighting ,just touch this necklace and feel my presence,that's why it's close to your heart,I'll always be there"

Tears welled in my eyes.

" I'll also do same" she said and brought her other half ....it was my image.

I smiled.

" Come here"

I pulled in for a deep kiss . Our tongues fought for dominance till I allowed her to take over.

She slipped a hand beneath my hair and massaged it . I moaned ..

She just knew the right place to touch.

I squeezed her soft waist and I could feel her smile.

This wasn't the first time we had had sex since Malaika's death but this beginning was different.

I knew it would end well but something just told me we were mating our hearts and minds.

I smiled as she jumped up to my sides and smirked.

Clutching her in front of me ,we walked to the patio and I drew the curtains after me . 

Carefully lowering her on the bed,I ripped off her top and bra with glee, my eyes twinkling at the sight of her breast. Not taking it anymore I took all two in my mouth and her moans got me smiling.

Moving lower and making sure I placed deep kisses everywhere. I removed her Jean shorts and red panties that was soaked and watched as she slowly unbuckled my jeans.

My huge sexual tension rising more than usual ,I let myself into her and she smiled at the deep thrust I gave her.

After about half an hour of our screams of delight,I collapsed on to her on the bed.

We lay there for probably an hour before she touched my arm to take me back to the bedroom.

I scooped her in my arms.

" Nick, we're both naked"

" I know a shorter way" I smirked.

Taking my secret route we got to my bedroom and I placed her on the bed.

I also got into bed and pulled her to lie on my chest.

" Promise me,Nick,that no matter what you'll fight harder and come back to me tomorrow" She whispered.

" I promise" I replied sticking out a pinky finger. She laughed.

" And promise me that you'll be careful this time and come back in one piece to me" I said. My eyes were drooping but I hazily heard her say

" We'll come back"
