(Everyone is in the living room doing there own thing, until Cole and Kai come through the door suddenly)
Cole & Kai: BOO! (Everyone looks at them)
Nya: Really? That's the best you got.
Jay: AHH! (He falls of a ladder) I'm okay!
Nya: Apparently that's enough to send that boy off his chair.
Cole: Uhh, what were you doing up there?
Jay: Trying to hang decorations. Day of the Departed's in a few days.
Kai: Oh. Heh... oops.
Jay: It's okay. I guess.
Lloyd: (sighs) It doesn't matter how many times we hang them up though. (All the lanterns fall)
Nya: Oh come on!
Kai: What if we just do something else?
Jay: But we have to put these up. You know, to honour our passed ones.
Kai: What if we honoured a different way?
(Zane and Pixal come through the door with more decorations)
Zane: How so?
Kai: What if we did a scary story contest!
Ninja: Hmmm
Jay: Do we have to? I kinda just wanna hang decorations-
Nya: I see where you're going with this.
Jay: But-
Lloyd: Oh, oh, and we could do it at midnight.
Jay: I don't really like midni-
Cole: And turn the lights off.
Jay: How are we supposed to see-
Zane: I guess story telling will count as a mutual benefit for honouring our ancestors that have passed.
Kai: Sooo, let's do it!
Ninja except Jay: YEAH!
Jay: No...
Ninja: JAAAAY!
Jay: Ok, ok. Uhhh, fine, but I'm not gonna like it.
Lloyd: We'll need judges. Fair ones. Zane, Pix, I think you guys are up for the job right?
Zane: Yes.
Pixal: Positive.
Kai: Can't I be a judge?
Cole: You don't wanna participate?
Kai: Being a judge is fun.
Cole: You mean the nerve wrecking attention that builds up with everyone staring at you to make the biggest decision in your life that could help or hurt someone's future?
Kai: . . . n-no. I'm good.
Lloyd: Now we just need one more judge.
Kai: Not me! Please not me! NEV-
