Lexie stood in her bedroom, wearing nothing but her underwear which miraculously was a matching set, something she hadn't managed in quite some time. She was staring intently at the contents of her wardrobe trying to decide what to wear for Pizza and Beer with Sam, Bruce and of course Bucky. She wanted to make more of an effort than her usual oversized t-shirt and leggings, but she also wanted to be comfy.

Eventually she settled on a short black skater dress with a floral pattern in autumn colours that flattered her figure nicely, and slipped on a pair of black thigh high socks to give her a bit more coverage and keep her legs warm. Deciding to leave her hair down for a change, she ran her fingers through it, trying to tame it slightly.

Swinging open her bedroom door she was greeted by Bucky stood with his hand raised as though he was about to knock on the door "Oh, hey. Sorry I was just about to knock to see if you were almost ready, Sam just text saying they're 5 minutes away and I really would rather him have his attention focused on you" he slowly looked her up and down, as if taking in her appearance for the first time "wow"

"What?" Lexie asked panicked "I look ridiculous don't I? Let me just go change in to some sweats or something" she turned to head back in to her bedroom as Bucky grabbed her wrist

"Please don't"

She stared at him silently as she watched his eyes roaming all over her body, she could feel the heat rising in her cheeks "Bucky?"

His eyes snapped up to meet hers "please don't change, you look stunning. Not that you don't always.. but.." he exhaled heavily and took a step back "You're really not making this whole 'just friends' thing easy on me Chip, not looking like that"

"Sorry" she squeaked

"Are you?" Bucky growled as he raked his teeth over his bottom lip.

The gravel tone of his voice sent shivers down Lexie's spine, her brain started to fog.
"Am I what?"

"Sorry" he stepped closer and put a hand on her waist, using the other to lift her chin so she was looking up at him "or are you purposefully trying to drive me insane with desire until I can't take it anymore and I get down on my knees and beg for you to let me have you?"

Lexie felt like her entire body was on fire, she wasn't sure she had ever been this turned on, especially not from just words. She could feel her arousal pooling in her underwear. He was so close, all she had to do was lean forward, all she had to do was say the word and he would lift her up in to his strong muscular arms like he had done on her birthday, except this time she would let it go all the way. It was something she had tried not to think about, what would have happened if the pizza hadn't arrived in that moment, but it seemed lately that Bucky was all she could think about.

"Bucky.." she whispered

"Yes sugar?" He leaned in even closer, their lips as close as they could be without it being considered kissing

"Bucky.. Ki.." Lexie was cut off by the doorbell ringing.

Bucky closed his eyes and groaned "not again"

"That'll be Sam" she laughed awkwardly

"I hate Sam" he replied bitterly

"You love Sam. I'll get it" Bucky stepped aside to let her go past him

"I'll be down in a couple of minutes.. I um.. I need to calm down" he looked sheepishly down at his feet as he started to turn red

Lexie's gaze flickered downwards to the fairly evident bulge in the crotch of his grey sweatpants before turning even more crimson than she already was. "Uh.. sure, of course. I better get the door" she blurted out before running downstairs.
