"my babies!" my parents pulled me and ebony into a hug as i grinned. "i missed you" i told them, honestly. they said the same back, we went into their room as they unpacked and we all talked about what we've done in the past two weeks.

"you guys saw the eiffel tower right?" ebony questioned as we both sat on their bed and watched as they unpacked their suit cases.

"of course but enough about us, what's been going on with you guys" my mom asked as she walked to the bathroom to put their toothbrushes away.

i shrugged "nothing much" but ebony looked at me like i was stupid. "nothing much? girl you hangout with billie almost every day, yall be cuddling and shit" i was shocked that she said that but i slapped her arm pretty hard.

she rubbed where i hit her, she was gonna hit me back but my dad interrupted us. "watch your language ebony" he scolded her so she apologized and i continued.

"anyway nothing much has happened" i give ebony a mean stare but my parents don't seem convinced. "are u guys dating" dad asked but i shook my head immediately.

"i don't even like her like that"

"you're such a liar" ebony looked at me, surprised that i was still saying i don't like her. "i don't like billie" i argue but she just started talking to my parents. "whatever you say, she's going over there to stay the night at her house tonight"

i was going to punch her arm but my mom stopped me. "you're so violent" i glanced down at their suit case and i noticed that they were almost done unpacking. "she deserves it"

we go back to talking about other stuff we've been doing but our food got here, just in time too because my parents got done unpacking.

we ordered olive garden so i went to my door and grabbed it, along with giving the worker a nice tip.

we all ate, it was pretty good. i got fettuccine alfredo, but i couldn't finish it all because i got full. olive garden is always filling so i usually have leftovers, except for when i'm super hungry.

even though we finished our food we were still sitting at the table talking.

my parents usually take a trip for their anniversary but this they took a long one. since it was two weeks we had a lot to catch up on.

my thoughts were interrupted by my phone getting a notification. i checked to see what it was and i saw it was billie. i little smile grew on my face as i opened it.

i texted her a small 'yes' then turned my phone off. "what we're you smiling at" my dad asked, confused because that never happens. "nothing" i lie but he just looked at me with a blank stare. "probably billie" ebony buts in, i look over at her before her another mean stare.

"im going to billies, bye losers" i get up from the table, put my food in the fridge then make my way upstairs so i could get some clothes for tomorrow.
