"bitch hurry up!" i yell through the house but i didn't hear anything in response. me and leo are going to a party and we gotta leave in a minute but he's taking forever.

leo finally came back in my room so he could grab his shoes and put them on. "finally. how do you take longer than me to get ready" i question him but he just flips me off.

"let's go" he said then i grab my keys cause i'm driving and slip my shoes on. i grab his hand then lock the door.

we got to the party and now we're hanging around some friends. "ima go get a drink" i tell my friends then walk off. i'm only gonna have one tonight cause i gotta drive leo home. i grab a drink then this dude austin walks up to me. he just stands there for a moment so i decide to speak up

"yes?" he looks down at the ground then apologized. "you're really hot" he looked at me up and down. nah i'm gay. "thanks" i smile at him then take a sip of my drink hoping he would walk away. "you wanna fuck" i choke on my drink a bit which makes him look concerned.

"you good?" i nod then go quiet hoping for the second time tonight he would just walk away. "so..." he trails off. "no. i'm gay" i make an awkward face but he shrugs. "i don't care" he gets closer to me but i back up all the way to the wall and now he's very close to me. "but i do. please back up" i say softly.

"cmon let's have a little fun" he puts his hand on my neck but i shut my eyes trying to tell myself this isn't real. he kept whispering things to me but i feel his hand come off my neck so i open my eyes to see billie holding him by his collar.

"what did you do to her" she asked harshly but he just stutters. billie looks at me softly because my eyes were watering. "you okay?" i nodded just wanting to get out of here. people start looking but billie didn't care. "why were you on her like that" she pushed austin down.

"billie stop...please" i whisper, she looks over at me then nods. i walk away but she quickly follows. "hey are you sure your okay" she touched my shoulder but i moved so she wasn't touching me anymore. "yea i'm fine i just need leo" a few tears drop from my face but i still look around for him. he ended up coming up behind me then asked me why i look upset.

i just hug him then he looks at billie confused. she told him what happened, i look up at him to see a wave of anger come over his face. "where is he" he asked us both but i shake my head. "no leo. it's okay" i look down at the ground and wiped my eyes. i was trying to call myself down so i don't have a panic attack.

"it's not okay. he's weird as fuck for that" he argues "i know but i don't want any drama right now. please" he nods finally giving in and i sigh, relived. i tell him i wanna go home then he goes to get my keys.

i turn to billie then look at her for a moment. "thank you. for real" i smile then she does the same back. "you don't have to thank me. he shouldn't have been doing that. if you wanna talk about it, you can always come to me"

"okay" i say softly then it's just quiet for a second. i pull her into a hug. at first she was tense but she quickly melted into it. "i was so scared. thank you" i whisper. she pulls away then nods.

leo comes back meaning we can leave now so me and billie say our byes. as we're walking out leo starts talking "i saw you hug billie" he raises his eyebrows. i bite my lip then shake my head knowing what he's hinting. "not that. she just got me out of that shit with austin. i was so uncomfortable"

we're now outside of my car but he pulls me into a hug "i know. i'm sorry that happened" i shrugged. "i kinda just wanna stop thinking about it" he nods understanding what i'm saying.

the ride home was pretty quiet. i dropped leo off at his house then i went back to my house. i walk in to see my parents in the living room watching a movie. fuck i forgot they were having a date night. my sister is staying the night at nessas house. we didn't have to find a place to stay but i definitely don't wanna stay here.

i have no idea where i'm gonna go because leo has shit to do early in the morning tomorrow and i don't wanna be there by myself. "oh hey sweetie" my mom smiles. "i'm just getting clothes, i'll be gone in like 10 minutes" i inform her

"okay. take your time" my dad reassured me so i go upstairs then get some clothes together. i have no idea where i'm gonna stay tonight. fuck. i guess that's the one bad thing about having a small circle.

i decided to call billie and ask if i could stay the night at her house. i get my phone the go to her contact.

"hello?" she said confused

"hey. is there any chance i could stay the night? my parents are having date night and i totally forgot. i really don't wanna stay here tonight"

"sure. i'll text you my address"

"thank you so much. bye billie"

i make my way downstairs then tell my parents bye. i go to my car and put billies address into her gps. she lives like 2 minutes away from me so that's pretty convenient.

i get there in a short amount of time. i knock on the door then about 15 seconds later billie opens the door. "hey. sorry about this but i didn't have anywhere else to sleep" she shrugged. "it's not a big deal. no one's here tonight"

i nod then look around. a dog runs up to me and starts sniffing me. i squat down to start petting it. "that's pepper, she's weird so don't mind her" i laugh then follow billie to her room.

we get in there, so i look around, red LED lights with a lot of posters. anime dolls along with a lot of clothes and shoes. "i like your room" she sits down but i just stand there awkwardly. "so i don't have a guest room. you can either sleep in here with me or on the floor"

i think for a moment. "i guess i'll sleep in the bed with you but don't touch me" i say seriously. all she does is nod. "i don't think i've told you but you look really good" she bites her lip looking at my body.

"thanks. you look good too" i put my book bag down then get some clothes to sleep in. "i know" she cheeses. she tells me i can change in here while she goes to get me extra blankets and pillows.

she knocks then i tell her she can come in. "here you go. choose a side of the bed. i'll make sure not to touch you"

i get on her bed and lay down. "goodnight ugly" she teases but i gasp. "i'm not ugly" i playfully roll my eyes. "you right"
