Dangerous 3: Pierre George

Chapter 3

"Rusto, I want you to investigate as to why Iris was crying. I don't care as to how long it takes, but I need to know what happened." Kaagad na sambit ni Pierre as he watched Iris's car.

Pinauna niyang magmaneho ang dalaga at pinasundan niya ulit kay Rusto ang sasakyan nito. 

"Yes, my lord." Rusto answered and Pierre had an emotionless face as he looked at Iris's car.

Kung sino man ang nagpaiyak kay Iris, he's sure as hell that when he discovers who that person is, he would wreck havoc.

How dare that person make my woman cry?

"And damage the Bennet's businesses. How dare they defy me?" Dagdag pa niya at hindi naman umimik si Rusto.

Rusto knows him ever since he was young. Ito na ang butler niya simula noong bata siya, and even when he moved to Monpezat to be the Lord of the County after rejecting the throne, kasama niya ito. And Rusto knows that whenever he's mad, alam nitong mas makakabuti kung hindi ito magsalita dahil mas lalo lamang siyang maiinis kapag may maingay tapos mainit ang ulo niya.

Hindi na muling umimik si Pierre but his eyes remained glued on the car in front of them. At nanatiling ganon ang ginagawa niya hanggang sa makarating sila sa airport.

He watched as Iris walked inside the airport then he turned to Rusto.

"Take care of the County while I'm away. I'm giving you the authority to clean up." Sambit niya at marahang yumuko naman si Rusto bago ito nagsalita.

"Yes, my lord." 

Pierre turned his back on him as he started to walk inside. Napatingin siya sa wrist watch niya and he noticed that there's still four and a half hours before the scheduled time of his flight.

Pierre was busy roaming around the airport to kill some time when he arrived at the lounge and saw that Iris is sitting there with her eyes close. Nakapagpalit na ito ng damit dahil naka-uniporme na ito ng pang-piloto at mukhang natutulog ito kaya naman nilapitan niya ang dalaga.

He sat beside her at napakunot ang noo niya nang halos mapatalon ito sa kinauupuan nito at kaagad na tumingin sa kaniya ang dalaga.

"Calm down. Sleep. I'll wake you up after three hours." Aniya at hinawakan ang ulo nito at inilapat iyon sa balikat niya then he covered her eyes with his hand.

"I told you not to touch me." Iris answered back with a sleepy voice which made him chuckle.

Am I real?
Do the words I speak before you make you feel?
That the love I lay for you will see no ending?

Pierre started singing a song instead of answering back. The woman looked tired while she's dozing off kanina kaya naman gusto niyang matulog ito kahit saglit. He knew how it feels to have little to no sleep.

Pierre continued to sing and Iris didn't spoke after he started singing which made him smile. He glanced at her as he tried to remove his hand from blocking her eyesight at hindi naman umalis sa pagkakahilig sa balikat niya si Iris pero alam niyang hindi pa ito tuluyang nakakatulog. But she seemed so tired that she didn't fight back. He wanted to chuckle pero ayaw niyang gumalaw dahil mukhang malapit nang makatulog ang dalaga.
