Chapter 26

Josie POV

"I'll see you later" freya said before leaving.

My sister came running in when all the mikaelsons left.

"So? How's being a mom?" She asked
"It's nice, and he is still stubborn" I say
"So are you doing breastfeeding?" She asked
"No, I don't think I want to do that" I said
"Okay, well I will go ask the doctor about the type of milk hunter drinks and then I could text Hope and tell her to get some for the house" she said
"Thanks" I said
"No problem ! Any thing for my sister and favorite nephew!" She said
"He's your only nephew." I said
"Exactly" she said before leaving

Hunter hasn't had a time to think. As soon as he came out Hope immediately wanted to take him and he didn't have a problem with it until everyone started holding him.

"You're tired?" I asked him
He started moving around and soon the hospital table knocked over.

"Hey hunter? It's okay calm down" I said
"It's okay, mommas here" I said

He started to go back to sleep.

That never happened before. Every time he does something with his magic he always need Hope voice to calm him down. I don't know why he just listened to me but I love it.

Hope POV

"So you and Josie?" My aunt asked
"What do you mean?" I asked her
"Well, you kissed her and she didn't have a problem with it" my aunt said
"It's nothing really" I said
"Mhmm, sure" she said

I got a text from Lizzie saying the baby needs enfamil baby milk.

"I need to go food shopping before Josie and hunter comes home" I said

We arrived at the house and Caroline's car was there.

"Hey mrs.Forbes-Salvatore" I said
"Don't hey me! Where's my grandson?" She asked
" he doesn't come home until 2 more full days" I said
"Oh right! I forgot. What hospital is Josie at?" She asked
"My aunt freya could take you, ain't that right auntie" I said
"Yup, I sure can" she said

After they left I walked in and seen dr.saltzman and Josie's aunts and uncles

"Who let y'all in my house?" I asked
"I kind of let myself in" dr s said
"Okay, well I have to go food shopping do you want to come with?" I asked
"I'm coming" Damon said
"I'm coming also" Matt said
"I'm going to stay here and cook some food if that's okay with you" Elena said
"Yeah me too" bonnie says
"Okay, no problem just don't set my house on fire

"No promises" Elena joked. I think.

We arrived at Walmart and I immediately went to pick up some baby formula.

"Do you have pampers?" Dr s asked
"Yes, and I have car seats and wipes and clothes but it wouldn't hurt to get some more" I said
"You really planned this all out didn't you?" Dr s asked
"Of course I did" I said
"You are going to be a great mother" he said
"Thanks" I said
