Chapter 14

Josie POV

I woke up and seen that it was 6:30. Why didn't Hope wake me up? Her son was being stubborn again! He wouldn't let me sleep but I was still able to get some type of sleep.

"Hope?" I called out

"Yess bunny?" Hope said as she ran in the room

Bunny- bunny is a name that Hope use to call me when we were together. That's the only name she would even call me, unless she was mad at me. When she was mad at me she would call me josie or Josette and she knew I hated her calling me that. I'm glad she started calling me bunny again even we aren't together.

"Your son is being stubborn" I said
"My son?" She asked with a smile
"Yes your son" I said
"And why is he just my son" she asked
"Well because my son wouldn't keep waking up mommy while she was trying to sleep" I said

"I think he likes it when I sleep near him" she said
"Well good thing your staying with me!" I said
"Well, I'm going to get dressed for the dinner" she said
"Okay" I said before she walked over to get her some clothes

Hope POV

After getting dressed both Josie and I made our way to my car. Driving was honestly exhausting. If you don't know yes I do have 2 cars one in mystic falls and the other in New Orleans. I'm currently letting Lizzie use the one that's in mystic falls. Now to think about it, that probably was a bad idea.

"Are you ready bunny?" I asked
"Yup" she said before getting in the car

The whole car ride it was silence, and that was mainly because bunny was sleeping. I guess the little guy finally let mommy get some sleep.

We arrived at my aunts house and i seen my aunt Rebekah already making her way in.

"Come on bunny" I said
"We are here already?" She asked
"Yeah, it's only a 15 minute drive" I said

Knock knock

We knocked on my aunts door.

"Who is it?" she asked
"Your only niece" I said

She then opened the door.

"Heyyy" she said before giving me a hug
"And you brought Josie with you? You guys are back together?" My aunt asked

And before I could answer she said something else.
"Let's get inside, your aunt bex, and marcel is here we are just waiting for kol and davina" my aunt freya said

"Hey hope! And hey Josie! I'm not even surprised that you two got back together! Hope was miserable without you" my aunt bex said more to Josie

"Aunt bex!!" I said
"What? It's true" she said

"We have news!" I said trying to change the subject
"And what news may that be darling?" My uncle kol asked
"Uncle kol?" I said before running to give him a hug
"I missed you" I said
"I've missed you too darling" he said before breaking the hug

"So you show him that much love but not us?" My aunt bex said
"Well I haven't seen him in a while" I said
"Just get on with the bloody news already" my aunt bex said
