IT HAD BEEN A whole week since bad luck knocked at their door. Since Tomas and Big Tiny, two of the prisoners they found, were killed. Since one of them ran away and the other two moved into the cell block next to theirs. Also, a week since Hershel was bit.
The elder was working hard to grow accustomed to his new life with one leg. He tried to put on a good face for the sake of everyone but Melissa knew how hard it was becoming. Lori was overdue and her relationship with Rick was going downhill. Melissa couldn't blame them, each had a reason. She only hoped they could arrange their problems before the baby arrived.
