Recap: "So what did you do for lunch?" Tom asked nonchalantly...

"Um I was just with Kassidy and some of her friends." Thank goodness he couldn't see my cheeks blushing and my anxious expression, "I'm so glad you're both friends, actually with all my friends and Tonny can be quite picky but she loves you Lil!" I was still flustered from my fib but I managed to keep my cool under control worried that Tom would be jealous but a smile instantly came to my lips when talking about Tonia, "Aww I love her too! I can't imagine my life on Plymouth without either the Daleys or Tonia and all her friends, everyone's been so welcoming!" He was lying on his front so I could only the back of his slightly messy head of hair but I could hear the smile in his voice as he said "And I couldn't imagine my life without you now either!" With a quick glance around to see if anyone was around I quickly swooped down and kissed his shoulder.

Everyone had returned from the pool and were getting ready to leave when Monique who was still in her costume with Sarah behind her said "Hi Lily I was just talking to Sarah and she's in on our private lesson thing... So are you free now?" I nodded with a grin "I'll just tell everyone I'm doing work with you two." After a while everyone had left so I stripped off my tshirt and shorts to my costume underneath and walked into the pool to see the other two sitting by the side. They turned to see me and we started to warm up.

About an hour later we were swimming lengths in the main pool as a warm down chatting nonchalantly when we heard a whistle and the lifeguard shout "Sorry ladies I'm going to have to ask you to move to the outside lane now, we've got an overseas club coming to practice!" We nodded and swum over and ducked under the line. I wasn't really paying attention assuming it was a local club but when Sarah sped up her speed to catch up with me, nudge me and look meaningfully towards the direction of the changing rooms but when I saw who was emerging I nearly drank my weight in sea water in surprise. To my excitement and shock in walked some fine specimens of human beings in speedos, it was not the tall, powerful women who walked in and dived neatly in but the many muscly, tanned and highly attractive males who walked in laughing and talking. My mouth dropped, among them was Nathan Adrian, Ryan Lochte, Matt Grevers, Cullen Jones and most impressively Michael Phelps... The most decorated Olympian of all time.

A/N: I know Michael Phelps retired after the Olympics but lets pretend he didn't because let's be honest they are all pretty incredible :D

I hurriedly closed my mouth and carried on swimming trying my best to cut a clean path through the water and look my best. "Oh look!" I heard Monique say and started waving, I was at the other end of the lane and watched in astonishment when Nathan Adrian and Ryan Lochte swum over to talk to Monique. I was desperate to meet them, sure I had Tom but how many times in your life can you say you'd get the opportunity to talk to the USA Swim Team? I swam calmly over and made to stop just as I passed as if I'd just noticed them and Monique said "Oh this is Lily our trainee physio, Lily this is-" I couldn't help but interrupt "Ryan Lochte and Nathan Adrian, I know, it's lovely to meet you both." I tried my hardest to smile enchantingly. "So you're a physio?" Ryan asked me, my feels went a bit crazy in my head and I felt as any girl does meeting her celebrity crush... "Not yet!" I said "In about 2 years," Nathan smiled "Sounds interesting." I grinned "Not as interesting as swimming though!" They looked interested, "Do you swim?" Ryan asked, "Uh I used to do county when I was little until I was about 17 but I still swim recreationally..." Monique laughed "Jeez Lils is there anything you don't do?" That made them laugh. At that point Sarah came out from the changing rooms and said "Mon, Lils we have to go now!" I turned to smile at the swimmers "Well it was nice meeting you, I'm a big fan of all of you! Maybe I'll see you round." I turned to follow Monique out towards the side but Ryan grabbed my wrist and said "Well do you want a picture?" I'm sure I looked stunned, "Uhh yes please!" I said and they followed me out. Monique held my phone and just as she was about to take the picture the two guys bent down and kissed my cheeks, frankly I couldn't stop laughing... This was unreal. Sure I loved Tom to death and would never leave him, even though we weren't a couple these two swimmers were pretty flattering. And my flattery increased when they both said "Mon could you take one on my phone?" I nearly died put it that way, but still trying my best to look cool.

I changed and showered quickly after that, still buzzing whilst Monique and Sarah laughed at me and our plan to surprise Tom with my dives. We returned home and shirtless Tom wearing only low slung track suit bottoms to my delight came up to hug me and say "Hey Lily!" And as Sarah and Monique moved into the kitchen I reached up to put my arms round his neck and kiss him pretty forcefully. He happily responded and I felt him smile into the kisses as his hands came to my waist and held me closer, and as we stayed there for a few minutes, our tongues moving together I thought: yep, there was no swimmer that could beat this guy holding me close right now...

Sorry I digressed with the swimmers I thought it might be cool but I want your HONEST OPINIONS on whether they might come back into the story... It's just an idea they won't like massively change the plot or anything :) xxxxx
