Soon after Dr. Liang and the nurse from earlier come back with the beautiful twins. They hand the babies over, the boy with Martina and the girl with Santino.

"Congratulations, with your twins. They're absolutely beautiful and unique. We hope you've decided on baby names. Otherwise, we'll be back in a while in order to make the babies' birth certificates."

"Uh, you can come back." Santino says. The doctor nods and heads out.

They look at their babies... their babies. They both look absolutely breathtaking and you know the best part?...

Their eyes... Oh yeah... They just had to have unique sets of eyes. Charlene, Santino and Martina all could not believe the sight.

"They're beautiful." Charlene whispers, shedding a tear or two.

"Yes they are, just like their mamma and pappa." The now grandma whispers back with a loving smile.

"One green eye and one blue eye." Santino says, looking at the tiny girl in his arms.

"And one green, with the other honey-coloured."

"Babies, I think your mama bear is actually a werewolf."

"Hey no fair!" They all laugh.

"Don't worry, you have beautiful genes." Martina says.

"So baby names? Are you guys choosing full Italian names?"

"Uh, really it's up to the mamma. What do you say my love?"

"I say first names Italian. Meaning you and mom gotta come up with those, I'm not Italian."

"You will be." Charlene scoffs playfully, knowing very well she's full on butterflies in her stomach.

"Tsk... Anyway... I say Viviana for my little figlia here." [daughter]

"Okay... Yeah, I love Viviana. It's a beautiful name, Viviana. Mom, howbout you?"

"I say Adresano for my boy."

"Oh YES! That's a totally Mafia king kinda name." They all chuckle and agree. Charlene thinks it's totally cool that her babies are here. Not to mention their killer eyes and killer names, she never intended on giving them some cute boring names. These babies belong to the Italian-American mafia Empire, for fuck's sake. Imagine 'Your new Don, Jake,' or something... Uhm no, the fuck?

"Okay... I think for the other names, they should be Jade, for my baby girl and Kade, for my boy. What do you guys think?"

"Okay... Viviana Jade and Adresano Kade. Mamma any thoughts?"

"I absolutely love them."

A month later

Charlene's POV

-"Prinsipessa, when am I going
to see them... And I miss youu!"

"Oh you will my baby. I miss
you too."

-"How are they? Are they pretty? Nonna told me they have pretty
eyes. Are they like yours?"
[grandma]

"Stella... Please come down. I
promise you will see them
this weekend."

*gasp
-"Prinsipessa are you coming to the wedding?"

"Well.. I mean, It's my
wedding right?"

        -"Oh.. Right haha. Well daddy says
I gotta go now. Bye Prinsipessa."

"Bye bye my Stella, I love you.
Don't forget to greet mommy
and daddy for me."

I end the call and chuckle to myself, that Stella girl is such a handful. I absolutely miss them.

The wedding.... My wedding. Surprisingly I'm not nervous, I can't wait to get married this weekend. Married to the father of my children. Well aren't I lucky? Girl, of course you are. I chuckle to myself.

"Babe..."

"Hmm?"

"My love, I think you're burning the eggs."

"Huh, oh fuck.... Mann!" I whine, I'm so hungry. Now my eggs are burnt because I was thinking about my handsome future husband.

"It's fine, I'll take care of it ma'am." A maid says, taking the pan from my hands. Santino wraps his arms around me and pulls me away.

"What were you thinking baby?"

"I uh- nothing?"

"I'm sure it's nothing."

He turns me around and kisses me. It soon turns into a very hot makeout session... That is, until we hear the babies crying... Both of them, seriously. Twins, am I right?

"Do we have to go?"

"Hate to disappoint ya man... But we do have to go, come on daddy." I turn away, only for him to smack my ass.

"You know what you did." In his defense: I know what turns him on and I happened to use that exact word. Reasonable.

I shrug and we head to the twins' room, only to find their grandma already there. Have I mentioned how lucky they are to have Martina as their grandma. You can always see her love for them in her eyes and honestly it assures me, ya know. I know, they'll always be ok when they have grandma.

We stand at the door and look at her tending to the babies.

"Shhh, hush now my babies okay." she whispers, patting the both of them while they lay down in their crib. She smiles and a tear falls down her cheek.

"Voi ragazzi siete cosí belli. Sono cosí fortunato ad essere tua nonna." [You guys are so beautiful. I am so lucky to be your grandma.] She whispers. This is a cute moment, I feel like we should leave.

"Hey mom."

"Oh! Hi you two, I'm sorry. They just woke up and-"

"Mom it's okay. They are lucky they have you and I couldn't thank you enough mom. I don't know what I could've done without you."
I hug her and she pats my back.

"Well, I'll get myself off of your hair then... Or whatever they say, I'm not American for crying out loud."

I look at her walk off and laugh.

"It's, I'll be out of your hair mom!"

"Yeah yeah yeah, whatever."

"Hi babies." I carry Adresano and look at his eyes. This little thing came out of me?... They both did? I watch Santi take Viviana in his arms. So careful, so soft and Viv sneases. Aww.

"Aren't they pretty."

"Yes... Yes they are. Thank you for giving me these beautiful little humans baby."
