the waiting time was scary as it was, I had nothing to hide but just the feeling in my stomach scared me to pieces. Adam held my hand the whole time an Dean stood right next to us, Tony walked out with Buckley an they had this look on their faces a look I wish I didn't have to see. Philips just shock his head making me roll my eyes before standing up with Adam

B- Dakota, why was this in your dorm?

he held out a trophy with the schools name on it, I looked at him shocked an confused

A- sir I don't know why that is there but she didn't take it I swear! she has been with me the whole time

P- Adam stay out of it.

Adam looked at his dad than at the ground making me scuff

D-  I didn't steal your stupid trophy!

De- yeah come on man! what would she do with that piece of junk?

Buckley gave us a warning look but we just glared

De- why you guys always targeting her huh?! I can't count how many times she has been called into your office or something happened an she was blamed for it!

B- Dean no one is targeting anyone. your sister just can't seem to stay out of trouble

D- stay out of trouble?! I came here to play hockey! I came here because I got a chance to make my life better an this is what I get?! what happened to this school being a "fun learning place"?!

T- Dakota enough.

I closed my mouth not wanting to cause any more of a scene so I just glared at him 

B- until further notice, Dakota you will be suspended. you will not be able to play hockey until than do I make myself clear?

I just nodded, he allowed me to pack a bag so Adam and Dean came in with me, Dean was raging the whole time while Adam was folding my clothes an handing them to me so I can put them in my suitcase. half way through packing Charlie came in

C- I heard what happened, I'm sorry that Julie or Rick are causing you so much issues! I called my mom an she said you could stay at our place so that you wouldn't have to fly all the way home

I smiled at him an got up hugging him ignoring the clearly jealous Adam who was still packing my stuff

D- thank you so much Char, I really do appreciate it

C- it's really no problem, you are gonna be staying in my room since I stay here

I nodded an we pulled away, we all walked outside with Charlie to wait for his mom and once she arrived I hugged Dean goodbye an Adam giving him a quick kiss before walking to her car, Char hugged me before I put my suitcase in her trunk before getting in the passenger seat than she started to drive off

??- I'm Casey by the way, Charlie's mom

D- it's lovely to meet you an thank you for letting me stay with you

Ca- oh of course! wasn't gonna let a young girl like yourself ride all the way home, I just hope they figure this all out

I nodded and she continued to drive, we arrived at their apartment and she showed me to Char's room before announcing that she had a shift at the diner she worked at so she took off. I looked around his room before putting my suitcase by his dresser. I choices to shower so I did that an got into a pair of black sweats an Adam's hoodie before laying in Char's bed deciding to just go to bed since I didn't have anything else to do.
