I laid in my bed reading my book that we have to read for class when Adam came in, I saw him walk over to his desk an look at something before writing on a sticky note and sticking it to my forehead before leaving the room. I rolled my eyes an set down my book before taking it off an reading it, it said "meet me in the gym at 4" I threw it out before slipping on my shoes an heading out. yes it said 4 but I don't listen to time, I got half way there when Charlie ran over to me

C- where you off to?

D- dumbass told me to meet him at the gym

he nodded before we got there an walked in, I saw Maddie an him talking making me roll my eyes

D-is this why you told me to meet you here?! I don't care about this dude

they looked at me as we walked closer now standing in front of them

A- no that's not it! I wanted to talk about the photo but she came in

D- what about it?! you were caught so what!

A- caught? I wasn't doing anything wrong!

I turned to Adam shoving him in the chest not even paying attention to what Adam an Charlie were doing

D- what the hell! why did you kiss her?!

A- she kissed me an you don't get to be mad! you just fucking kissed Charlie right in front of me!

D- because it was the only way to get pay back on you!

A- why would you need fucking pay back on me?! I never cheated!

D- no but you hurt me so I did it back!

A- we can't keep doing this to each other.. it's toxic D, if we want this to work things need to change for real. we need to trust each other an communicate or we will never work in the long run

A- I promise to work on myself if you promise to go to therapy

I chuckled an nodded

D- I promise too

he smiled more before we interlocked our hands and turned to Char just to see him kissing Maddie, we laughed before sped walking out so that they could have some privacy. we started walking to the dorm when Adam started talking again

A- I saw the apology from Rick, did you forgive him? you can be honest

D- I don't know, I'm glad he said sorry but all he has done is fucked me over in the past I don't want to let him back in if all he is gonna do is that

he gave my hand a reassuring squeeze

A- whatever you decide to do, I will be by your side no matter what
