Omega was looming over X during what would be known as the final battle of the Elf Wars. Omega growled at an X who had a heavily damaged X8 Ultimate Armor.
X: I'm... We're not fighting to tie people down. We're not fighting to hurt anyone. We just want to create a world where anyone can hold hands with anyone else!
X fired a charge shot,and in a moment of self awareness, Omega dodged the attack which was meant for him. Instead, it eviscerated Weil who was behind him.
Dr Weil: Omega!!!!
Doctor Light: X, are you alright?
X woke up in a weird place: a white void, but it felt familiar.
Doctor Light: I heard your hopes were almost all lost, is everything alright X?
X shook his head and walked to Doctor Light, sitting down next to him.
X: Doctor, I don't know what to do. I feel like I've failed on everything: Mavericks are all over the place and war is continuing. I also failed in banishing the Mother Elf. I question if everything I'm fighting for is for naught.
Light pondered and put his hand on his shoulder.
Doctor Light: I know your situation, about 200 years from 22XX, I also faced a dilemma. A similar war happened of such scale to the Maverick wars, but with my once colleague, Wily. I feel like I can explain it, but someone else should.
X looked above him and saw two robots: one with sunglasses and a scarf, the other with a blue armor similar to his. The blue robot helped X up.
Rock: X is it? My name is Rock: The first mega man. I heard you were dealing with a similar problem I once dealt with.
X: What do I do? It feels like, the world is crumbling before my eyes and-
The robot with sunglasses tapped his shoulder.
Blues: We continue to fight, even if things look horrible.
Doctor Light: I built you within the ideas that you could overcome any challenge.
Rock: So please, believe in the fact that you could make a difference no matter what the world may bring.
X closed his eyes and opened them, filled with a more determined look. A white door opened.
X: Thanks for the pep talk. Guess it's time for me to go.
X dashed to the door and it closed. He woke up at the bottom of the ocean. X activated his Composite Power armor and flew out of the ocean in a burst of speed. Cerveau noticed X's signal popping back online.
Cerveau: X?! Is it really you?
X: Yes Cerveau.
Cerveau: Do you want me to teleport you?
X: Yes Cerveau.
X stopped flying and hovered in place as he was teleported back to base. Leviathan and Fefnir pounced on X in a hug, asking millions of questions on where he was. Phantom was in the shadows, trying to hold in his laughter. As on cue, a loud blaring alert came from the computer: 4 new Maverick signals are shown.
Cerveau: X, new Maverick icons have appeared.
Fairy Leviathan: Looks like we're back on the job Guardians.
Sage Harpuia: Yeah. We'll split up in two groups: Fefnir and Leviathan, Echo and Master X, Me and Phantom. Cerveau, please tell us the locations.
Cerveau gave them coordinates to the 6 and they teleported to their designated areas.
