Fluff, angst, part 1
Words: 3018

"You can't spend your life obsessing over a fictional charecter."

Oh I can, and I will.

They never understood you, and the endlessly beautiful world you lived in.

Inside your head.

Everything about the world outside felt weird. People were tedious and mundane. You were trapped in this place and you were sure you didn't belong to it at all. You were surrounded by, what they said, oh... Muggles.

Yeah, so many of them.

You didn't know how to get out of it though. You felt sick and stressed everyday when you walked around such ordinary people. You wanted to get back to where you belonged to. Everything inside your head felt real.

Almost real.

You wanted to be there.

You sighed as you flipped through the pages of your favorite book, reminiscing the magical words and feeling yourself falling for each chapter all over again. It got you all excited to see what would happen in the next chapter once you read it, as if it was your first time reading a Harry Potter book.

It always felt refreshing... and calming. Especially the chapters that were filled with Him. Your comfort character.

You remembered every detail, every dialouge and every part of the marvelous plots. Pictures after pictures started to form in your mind, followed by the remnants of the movie you'd watched last night. Remus was there too.

His voice echoed in your head, bringing a smile to your face.

You stopped reading for a moment and unwrapped a chocolate bar and took a bite, humming at its sweet taste. It had become a regular habit of yours to eat chocolates every day, and Remus had made you do it. He always helped you feel better, something none of these humans could do.

You couldn't wait for your nightly routine and get back to sleep to get some free time with him.

In your head. He was always there, waiting for you.

You always wondered why most of the time you were surrounded by a heavy air that was full of disagreement and hurtful comments. No matter where you were, at school, library, street, work. There was always a human being to jump down your throat and get mad at you for your feelings. Someone had sent you here and it was cruel.

So casually cruel.

Most of your so-called friends in here had a funny habit. They liked to blame you for crying over your favorite characters. They made fun of you for always wearing cardigans, drinking teas and buying everything that would remind you of Remus. At first you'd tried to change their minds, but you gave up after some time. They were so stuck in their colorless lives that describing the grey shade of Sirius's eyes, the light brown of Remus's silky hair or even the greenness of Harry's eyes and gingery hair of the whole Weasley family made no sense to them.
