ONE PIECE FILM: Gold (Part 1)

"OOOOHHH! Nami! Is this really a ship?!" Luffy questioned from the head figure of the Sunny.

She nodded with a large smile, "Yes! It's the world's biggest entertainment city! The casino town where anyone can strike it rich... Gran Tesoro!"

"It looks more like an island if you ask me!" Usopp chimed in.

"No kidding! This place is huge!" I gaped, staring at the 'ship' in front of us.

From what Nami said, I can only assume there is a literal city on that ship. It was completely gold and had a round entrance tunnel that we were sailing into. Not to mention that I could hear what sounded like a whole concert going on in there. The ship was loud and flashy already and we haven't even gone inside yet.

As soon as we were in the tunnel, a stuff started falling down. "Huh? Something's shiny.." Luffy pointed out. "It looks like..."

"Gold dust..." Chopper and Usopp finished his sentence.

"EHHHH?!" all three of them exclaimed.

Nami held her hands out for it and said, "Wow, it really is gold! Alright guys! Gather up as much as you can!"

I rubbed my chin, "Should we really be inhaling all this? Seems a little... weird."

Robin smiled to me, "It should be alright since it's not too much."

"Hmmm... Well if Robin says so then alright," I shrugged it off and ran over to the railing of the ship in order to get a better look around.

Sanji had moved beside me and his eyes widened, "Oh! Even the water is gold!"

Robin joined us and said, "Interesting, isn't it?"

"Yea, where did they get so much? I wonder if this entire ship is real solid gold," I thought aloud while catching golden dust in my hands. This seemed like it was straight out of a kid's story book.

Luffy told everyone to let loose and have fun, so Franky took that as an opportunity to do a Coupe de Burst. I held onto the railing so I wouldn't fall into Sanji, and then almost went blind by the scene inside of the island ship. 

There were lights flashing everywhere and women dancing on little islands above the golden water we were on. Around us were some more ships that looked like pirate ships, and in the stands above us were thousands of people. On the golden pillar just in front of the huge stage was a guy dancing around with a yellow and white top hat.

A cannon ball interrupted my observing of this crazy place. A really long ship started to attack us, and as expected, their crew was beaten in mere seconds. What was unusual was what happened after that. Huge golden tentacle things emerged from the water and started grabbing the losing crew's men, pretty much swinging them around as all of the tentacles grouped together to form a weird twisted cluster of them.

"Wow... is this some kind of devil fruit? If so... the amount of control is insane," I breathed out, staring at the strange phenomenon before us. 

The man in the top hat from earlier stopped dancing to yell, "GOLDEN SPLASH!" Right after, fountains around the golden city started gushing out golden water. The man raised a hand up and announced, "I welcome you to the world's largest entertainment city! Welcome to Gran Tesoro!"

"Wow~!" Chopper gasped.

"This place is great!" Luffy said.

I looked around and saw some of the ships heading into huge openings. "You think that's where the ports are?" I asked Nami, who'd walked beside me.
