Have u guys ever read "I Wish"? I think its a pretty good One Piece fanfic... I recommend... Lots of chapters, too...

On the way to the base in the forest, we had to take down some mosquito bee things, which was pretty easy. Brook sang a song when we finished, and we arrived at the Whale Tree soon after. There was a bunch of Minks outside, seemingly training or something, but they stopped when the noticed us.

"Garchu!" they chorused. Luffy parroted it right back at them.

"The Minks are recovering fast, aren't they?" Zoro voiced.

"True. From that story earlier it sounded like none of them should have even been alive when Nami's group showed up," I responded.

The gorilla and the bull Luffy and I were fighting in the forest earlier made their way over to our crocodile and smiled, "Straw Hat Luffy! Silver Goddess (y/n)! It's us! Sorry for what we did in the forest!"

"Doesn't matter who it is, we can't let any invaders get by!" the gorilla added.

"Oh! It's you guys!" Luffy turned around and grabbed my arm, pulling me over to him, "Look! It's them!"

I nodded, "Yea I can see that Luffy."

"Anyway, no worries! Um, where's Cat Viper?" the teen questioned.

A voice from the trees began talking instead of the two fighters, "I'm glad to see you! Our saviors and their friends! let me say it once again, thank you."

"Who's that?!" Luffy asked, whipping his head in the direction of the voice. I did too, wanting to see who it was.

It was a jaguar Mink who was standing on the tree branch above us. His arms were crossed as he continued on, "Sorry for my subordinates' actions in the forest. They were too wary of invaders. Bepo and the others are waiting for you-gara guys."

I smiled at the mention of Bepo while Luffy jumped off the croc's head to talk directly to the jaguar man since he descended from the tree. "We can see them later! We wanna see Cat Viper and Lion Viper the lion first," our captain said.

The jaguar grumbled a garchu and smushed the side of his face onto Luffy's. He whispered about something, but the rest of us weren't too concerned with it because we were making our way off the animal that gave us a ride here. 

"Luffy! I'm worried about Cat Viper- not just about his condition though, so I'll go see him first!" Chopper announced. 

Our captain gave him the go ahead, and I watched a female reindeer Mink give our doctor a little nudge on the face with her own. He stumbled back and looked at her with a blush and a love struck gaze. Almost like Sanji's, but pure and cute. Usopp asked him what was up, but it was pretty obvious. I sighed and leaned on Zoro, shaking my head.

"They grow up so fast," I cried, wiping imaginary tears from my eyes.

"He's not your kid," he grumbled sourly.

I rolled my eyes and got off of him, "Look, I'm sorry, you're not a grass head, I shouldn't have called you that."

"I'm not mad about that," he shot back, very clearly having been irritated about it.

"Yea yea," I waved my hand and went with the group that headed off to see Cat Viper, which included Usopp, Brook, and Robin. I was only going because Brook told me that the guy was funny.

When we got to his chambers, Cat Viper was taking a bath and eating lasagna, which he was joyfully singing about. "OI! Master Cat Viper! You shouldn't take a bath! Your wound's gonna reopen! And you should eat light meals! ...Why are you using your left hand?!" the doctor nagged. Cat Viper kept singing, minding his own business. I'd also like to point out that he had a spoon stuck into his cast on his left arm. "Are you listening to me?!"
