A Small Adventure (One Piece fanfic)

Rocketman has Crashed Through the Station!

Zoro was right, there was someone standing on the railing to the sea train a bit ahead of us. FF man used his eye scope to see who exactly it was, and after a minute, he shouted, "Ah! It's a person!... TH-THAT'S SHIP-SLASHER!" He fell back to the people behind him. Luffy and I questioned who that was at the same time, and FFman responded, "He's Ship-Slasher T-bone, a captain at Navy Headquarters! He cuts pirate ships like steaks! We can't just sit around like this.. Hey, guys! Get ready to fire! Hurry up!" The last bit was him talking to the Franky Family. They shouted a 'Yeah!'  and ran to get the job done, only to be told to stop by Luffy. FFman turned and asked, "Why?! We'd better hurry up or he'll slash Rocketman!"

"Who were you watching all this time?" the rubber man questioned, not even breaking a sweat at the news. "Leave it to Zoro! Don't interfere!" 

I nodded, "Yea, look at him!" I pointed towards the green head who wasn't paying us any mind, "He's ready to take him on as a swordsman. Let him!" The Franky Family stopped what they were doing but they didn't calm at all. 

"I'll tell you only once!" Zoro suddenly yelled out towards the man on the rails. "Get out of our way!"

"This path leads to the origins of justice! I'm a captain at Navy Headquarters! I will not live on in disgrace! I'll stop you guys by slashing you in two!" Ship-Slasher shouted back.

"I can't allow that.. as our destination lies beyond where you stand!" our swordsman put his third sword in his mouth and then unsheathed the others. The man started running along the tracks, yelling about crooked sword attacks. "Three-Sword Style.. Bull Demon!" A bird shaped sword attack was sent flying at us, but Zoro jumped into it, breaking through the attack and the Ship-Slasher's sword, sending the guy flying. Everyone cheered while Zoro jumped to get back onto the ship, hanging off the side.

I leaned over the head of the train so I could see him, just as he finished his little monologue about justice. He looked back at me, pulling off his bandana. "Hey," I hummed, holding out a hand to pull him up. He grabbed onto it and pulled him up easily. "You one shotted a captain of the Navy Headquarters. Congrats."

He tied his bandana back around his bicep and gave a small smirk, "You think I wouldn't be able to?"

"Maybe a little," I shrugged, seeing his eyebrow twitch even if his amused smirk didn't fall. We all headed back into the train car, with Zoro sitting down on a barrel and just knocking out. The Franky twins were staring at him in awe while FFman put a blanket on him. Meanwhile, Nami was rationalizing that Sanji was probably the one to disconnect the cars, saying that we would probably catch up soon. Luffy, me, and Chopper all cheered and then Luffy went out to sit back at his regular spot. I was able to stay in this time, though, thank god. In that time, I finally figured out that FFman was named Zambia, and the twins were named Mozu and Kiwi.

"TURN BACK!"

Luffy's voice cut through the silence as his yelling from outside reached into the train car. The two shipwrights sitting across from me nodded and got up, and then realized what he said was to turn all the way back to Water Seven.

"Why?! When we came this far?!" Nami questioned.

"What about Robin! What about Usopp?!" Chopper squeaked. (Why he sound weird in these passed few episodes?)

Turns out that he was actually shouting at the frog that started this entire arc. I facepalmed when I stuck my head out of the window to see that the scarred frog really was standing on the tracks ready to take on this train too. This idiot frog really knows when to show up. I could hear Luffy screaming at it until we were slapped off the tracks by the frog. I almost fell out of the window but I was grabbed by some denim covered arms. My back collided with Paulie's chest as everyone flew into the back of the car from the force. There was more yelling from the captain outside, but I ignored it and got off of Paulie who was red in the face, almost dead. I waited for him to get up, but when he stayed frozen, plastered on the wall, I grabbed his wrist and pulled him.
