ONEEE DREAM. ONNNE WISH-
Hehe, this fucking chapter got deleted when I was halfway through <3 And yall alr know my chapters are always at least 3k+... *falls to my knees* WHYYY?!?! But that isn't even what I was talking about when I said my wattpad was messed up. Anyway...
---Long story short, Luffy used his Conqueror's Haki to subdue everyone that tried to stop us from entering the town. The lion dog ran into the town, and people on the street were quick to stare at us. Okiku told us that everyone besides the valuable merchants of the town were kicked out and replaced with men that work under Kaido while we rode down the street. That must be how the leftover town was made.
Out of nowhere, a guy came flying at us. Luffy caught him by the fat on his back, which was probably painful as hell. "A sumo wrestler? How did he..." Okiku trailed off.
"Something's going on in this town," Zoro hummed.
"A sumo wrestler came flying out... so I suppose it's a sumo match," Luffy stated.
I scratched my chin in thought and looked at Zoro, "Didn't that pink haired guy from the last town say he was going to have a sumo match later?"
He looked up for a second, trying to remember, before nodding, "Yea, he did say that. It's probably him then."
As we continued into town, more guys flew past us. We made it to where the sumo match was taking place, where we saw that it really was that huge pink haired dude from the last town. He was definitely the one throwing everyone around.
When the guy caught sight of us, or rather Okiku, he proceeded to call out to her, calling her his wife. When we questioned her about it, she stated that she never agreed to be his wife, but he did not want to give up on her. While she informed us of this, she resorted to slightly hiding behind Zoro. It was pretty amusing considering that she was huge, so there was no way she could hide behind him effectively. The swordsman was quick to comment on this.
All of us jumped down from Komachiyo to look for Otama, only for some sumo guys to come and try to take Okiku, too. We fought against the pink guy's men for a few minutes only for Okiku to be taken anyway thanks to Zoro not fighting them off of her.
I jabbed Zoro in the side as we watched three guys carry the girl over to the sumo stage after finishing off the guys around us. "Why'd you let it happen? You could have easily ended that guy," I huffed, referring to the man who caught hold of Okiku first.
"Yea! How could you let them take her away?!" Luffy shouted, pointing in the direction she was being carried off to.
"I'm sorry. I thought it wasn't right to slash a naked man. And.. she's not just some teahouse waitress," the swordsman grunted.
"Yea, sure, but... we kinda don't have time for this," I sighed. He shrugged at me.
Nonetheless, Okiku was placed upon the stage with the huge guy. As soon as she was, people started to criticize her social standing upon recognizing her, saying to kick her out of the town. I rolled my eyes. The huge guy didn't seem to be too happy with the crowd's jeering either, so he yelled for them to shut up because they were worthless commoners who could have their lives taken at any point by the samurai class. That wasn't the right reason to be angry, but alright.
The huge guy went running to Okiku to embrace her, but she jumped over him and sliced his topknot off instead.
"So cool! Kiku is so daring! This is getting exciting!" Luffy chimed with a grin, clapping his hands.
I nodded, "I didn't expect that. I can't believe she went for his topknot of all things, I'm pretty sure Kinemon told us that it was a super important thing for samurai."
