Kate's POV
I pull back from our kiss and smile at Joey. I think I really am falling for him.
"Oh my gosh I'm sorry Kate. I didn't mean to kiss you it's just I wasn't thinking and oh my gosh" Joey said nervously
"It's okay Joey, calm down. I kind of liked it" I said smiling
"So what does this mean? Should we tell people that we kissed or should we keep this a secret?" Joey said
"I mean, I think we should tell people. Because, well...." Joey said
"Because why?" I asked
"Kate, I think I love you" he says
"Joey, I think I love you too" I say back
"But, I really wasn't sure because this morning I really felt like we had a connection and then after Meghan left I felt like that we got to spend more time together and I really do like you" he says holding my hands
"I haven't really been sure too. I felt like we had a connection but this morning when you comforted me I felt like you were the kind of person I want to be around all the time" I said
"Well Kate, since we like eachother, do you want to be my girlfriend?" he said.
"Yes" I said. Joey wrapped his arms around my waist and kissed me. I pulled him in closer and it turned into a makeout session. We kissed for a little while and then I remembered that we were in the parking lot of whole foods. We pulled apart and I got into the car.
<At Home>
We got home and I helped Joey take in his groceries and clothes. We put away all the food and Meghan comes downstairs.
"Hey guys! How did the rest of shopping go?" Meghan asks
"Great! But there's something we need to tell you" Joey says
"What is it?" Meghan says worried
"Well, Joey and I are dating now" I said smiling
"Oh my gosh!!!! Guys!!!!!!! I'm so happy for you two!!!!!" Meghan says hugging us both
"Thanks Meghan! But how am I supposed to tell my fans?" Joey says
"Just tell them! Make a video, I'm sure they'll love Kate" Meghan says
"Okay, I will tomorrow. But right now I'm gonna go to bed. Night guys!" Joey says taking his clothes upstairs
"Night!" we yell
"So, you and Joey" Meghan says smiling
"Thank you Meghan, for having a 'meeting'" I say hugging her
"No problem" she says hugging me back
"Okay well I'm super tired, night!" I say taking my clothes to my room. I put all my clothes away and put on sweatpants and a t-shirt. I crawl into bed and fall asleep.

"GIVE IT TO ME YOU STUPID B*TCH" Brian yelled pulling out a pistol
"I'M NOT GIVING IT TO YOU. WHY DO YOU THINK I WANT TO GET AWAY FROM YOU ALL THE TIME?! BECAUSE YOU GET HIGH AND YOU BECOME A F*CKING B*STARD" I yell back
"YOU BETTER GIVE IT TO ME OR I'LL SHOOT YOU" he yells
"GO AHEAD. YOU CAN'T PULL THAT TRIGGER" I say backing up. I hear the gun click and Brian pull the trigger.

I scream and wake up. I'm breathing really hard and sweating. I see the door open and see Joey rush in.
"Kate?! Are you okay? What's wrong?" He says
"I'm okay Joey I just had a nightmare" I say
"Oh, I'm sorry. What was it about?" he says sitting down on my bed
"It was about my ex boyfriend. He shot me in the dream because I wouldn't give him the drugs he kept in our house" I say
"Oh Kate I'm so sorry" He says hugging me. I hug him back. "Do you want me to stay with you tonight?"
"Yes please" I say. Joey crawls under the blankets and cuddles next to me.
"Goodnight Kate" Joey says kissing the back of my neck
"Goodnight Joey" I say.
