"Hi auntie! Is Hana--"

"Hana went out. She left a little less than an hour ago." Mirai responded, cutting Baji off. It has been a week since Hana and Rindou ate out and since then, they've been spending time together a lot. Either Rindou would come over to their house, or Hana would go to Rindou's. And for a week straight, Baji and the rest have been coming to check in on Hana but she was never there.

"Why does Hana feel so distant." Baji sighed as he left the Sato's residence. "She's in Roppongi again?" Mitsuya asked, gaining a bummed nod from Baji. "Eh?! What if her memories are back and she's avoiding us because she knows we kicked her out?!" Peh-yan babbled, shaking Pah-chin by his shoulders.

"Wow. For once, your brain is actually working, Peh." Draken mumbled, gaining a blush from the latter. "If that happens, I think she'll question us first or ask if it's true." Mikey mumbled, staring blankly into the horizon.

"But what other reason is there for her to avoid us?" Baji pried once more. "It's bullshit!" They all looked over to Baji as he kicked a random can on the sidewalk.

"She wakes up from a coma with fucking amnesia and the first thing she does is go over to Rindou's! Rindou who she probably barely even knows!" He yelled in frustration, his canines baring as he gritted his teeth. The rest of the members just looked pitifully at their friend.

"Why would she fucking spend all of her damn time with him when... when we're the ones right here for her since day one..?" Much to their surprise, Baji's voice broke. Though his dark locks covered his face, his trembling shoulders were enough for the members to know that he was shedding tears.

"She's suffered enough, Baji. If she's happy with that guy, then it's best that we just let her be." Draken answered with a deep sigh, closing his eyes in frustration. Those words were difficult to say to begin with, but no one ever said that acceptance was an easy thing. "It's just not fair!" Baji insisted.

"When did choosing myself ever become unfair?"

Their eyes widened as their gaze transferred to the girl they never expected to hear their conversation. There she was, holding two plastic bags full of groceries. And with a quick glance, they all noticed that the bags were filled with their favorite instant ramen and meat buns.

"Hana! I thought you went to Roppo--"

"Answer me." She replied in a cold tone. Baji was taken aback as he heard the same exact words that left her lips the night she was kicked out of Toman.

"I wanted to spend as much time with Rin as I can because it's unfair to him that he was the only person I lost memories of. I felt bad for not seeing you guys as much this week so I wanted to do something nice for you,"

Their hearts sank to the depths of their stomach as they watched that painful expression in her face. "I thought you'd understand.. but clearly, I was wrong. Never did the thought cross my mind that choosing what makes me happy was such a selfish act in your eyes."

"Hana wait!" Baji exclaimed, running up to her and grabbing her hand. "Hana?" His brown irises trembled as she slapped his veiny hand away. "Don't-- please, just don't." She hissed before dropping the bags onto the ground and walking away.

"Kohana!" Mitsuya yelled. Deep inside, a tiny voice was telling him not to worry because she would definitely turn around; that she'd come back and hug them and tell them that she was wrong. A wave of relief washed over him as she stopped in her tracks.
