Jordan could barely function because the past two nights he got no sleep at all. Which meant they would have to pound makeup into his skin before the interview. It was the victors interview day which meant he had to get up and do 6 hours of prep before the interview. Jordan left his room still exhausted and got breakfast in his kitchen. He was on floor 7 of the tribute center where he was alone. Jordan heard the sound of the elevator reaching his floor. Blight burst through the elevator doors and walked up to Jordan. "Ok we're on a tight schedule but I'll tell you your outfit while we head to the basement." They both entered the elevator and hit the lowest level. "Ok so since your a younger victor we wanted to play the innocence card to make you look more or less.. soft. It also will appeal to people in the capital to make you look less harsh and hardcore like you were in the games. And we're here so good luck I'll see you before the interview." Jordan exited the elevator and was immediately rushed by hundreds of designers and photographers. He had noticed at the exit to the elevators there were guards to help push through the crowd and Jordan made his way through the crowd to his stylist.
Just the final touches on the suit and he was ready for the interview.

He was in the big hall that was where the tributes did their first interviews before the games. Every face popped into his head at once of all of the tributes that were murdered in the arena. Angie, Sarah, Juniper had so much to live for. "Your interview went amazing last time and you have to top it this time." Blight said as he lined Jordon up seeing that it was almost time for him to go out on stage. Ladies and Gentlemen the Victor of the 68th hunger games Jordan Curse. The doors opened and an uproar occurred while Jordan was still blinded by the stage lights. He followed the walkway and headed up the ramp. When he finally gained his vision back he saw the chair and Caesar Flickerman and lots of memories came back to him of how he had felt like he needed to be flashy and how he needed to be more flashy now in order to be in good standings with the capital. "Hello and welcome back." Caesar said as they shook hands and sat down. "It's good to be back and being honor to my district." "That you most certainly did, did he not." Caesar said turning to the audience. The audience applauded as Jordan put on his fake smile. "I just need to say that being here is so refreshing from the games to the capital is quite a journey. I feel more comfortable here I think." Jordan said and the audience faked their laugh. "I can attest to that." Caesar said. "But to the real questions what is your side of the story in the games." "God so deep already. I was trying to get home to my family and whatever that took I would do." Jordan said getting a sigh from the capital citizens. "I promised my twin sister I would see her again I thought that was an empty promise with no purpose but here I am I made it through." "Wow how amazing you truly made an impact on us with that relationship going with Sarah and Angie." Just at the sound of their names he twitched. He was not ready for these questions. "Umm I wouldn't be here without their sacrifice. I had many ups and downs with Sarah but she deserves to be here just as much as me. The cards didn't lay right for her. And Angie had the opportunity to kill me in the end I was an easy target. She didn't and that is a debt that I could never pay back and a debt that is impossible to pay back. They both made the journey of getting here possible for me." "That is truly touching. But Jordan was there any point in the games that you thought it was your end and you would have fought your last battle." "Yeah everyday I thought it could be my last. I didn't know if anyone was following me or sneaking on me. And I knew that I was large target for everyone in that arena due to my performance in individual assessments. It didn't set me up well for the games." "Mmm interesting. That a very interesting point but your the type of tribute we search for. A tribute that will put his all into the games to come out victorious." Flickerman said "I mean your not wrong there." Jordan said "everyday I was thinking how I would get home and here I am." The interview went on for about 10 more minutes till final they said their goodbyes and with an applaud from the audience Jordan walked back out the big auditorium. Once the doors closed behind him he was rushed by representatives of the districts and capital citizens. He wondered how the capital even let them in. He was escorted out of the center and into the elevator back to his room. He met Blight in his room. "That wasn't so bad." Jordan said sarcastically walking in. "The capital is in love with you." Blight said. "But before you can leave this place Chase Snow had requested your presence in one hour and you have to attend or the president will not be pleased." "Great another brainwashed capital bitch that wants to congratulate me on murdering innocent people yay." "That's enough of the sarcasm your lucky to be here no matter how you got here now prep for this arrangement." Blight said pointedly. Jordan changed into casual clothes and got ready to go to Chase's home. He felt like this was gonna be awkward because he knew the first thing he would say is congratulations which pissed Jordon off. Also he's related to the freaking president of Panem so Jordon thought he was screwed. Jordon was still in his suit when he entered the elevator and headed to Chase's house. All Jordan could think is please don't be ugly and have no personality. He should of thought please don't kill me but he didn't really care at this point. He walked to the capital building where Snow and his family lived. The peacekeepers opened the gates upon his arrival. As I walked through the garden and up to the palace I viewed the capital and how comfortable they had lived. I was jealous so many people would kill for this life but they got it for free. He reached the doors and went to knock. The doors opened before he could hit the door. "Chase will be with you in a few moments." A fine dressed woman said as she walked into the huge entryway. She left as fast as she came and Jordan was left staring around the huge mansion in awe. The amount of people that could fit in here would be insane. Along with the amount of food and warmth that could be provided by the capital. "Come this way." Jordan heard breaking him out of his gaze. It was a finely dressed lady with piercing green eyes and a shaved head. Jordan did as he was told. They walked up a flight of stairs and Jordan moved his hand along the soft cushiony wall of the stairs. He was led to a door. "He's ready to see you, enter when ready." She said. Jordan's hand hovered over the doorknob and he contemplated opening it. He whispered, "3,2,1." He twisted the doorknob and opened the door. He met the gaze of the most gorgeous man he had ever seen. He had gorgeous blue eyes, brown curly hair and a stunning natural blush on his face.

"Hi welcome to the capital." He said falling onto his huge blue king sized bed. "Probably not the best experience of your life." He laughed "and maybe not under the greatest circumstances." Jordan stayed in his place not daring to move. "Don't worry I'm not gonna kill you for saying the wrong thing." He smiled, "although knowing the hell you went through you might want to." "Why am I here in the capital building talking to you, what in me made you want to talk to me." Jordan asked. "Your different" he said almost curious. "Come sit down it feels awkward with you standing at the door, close it on your way over." Jordan did as he was asked. "I've always hated the games."Chase paused, "they don't have a purpose, the capital is just sick and twisted ya know." "Tell me about it." Jordan added sarcastically "Year after year children die for what.. some stupid little game.. these are living people and it's not fair." Chase was getting angry. "How in the hell can people just watch death over death and bet on it who's gonna kill the most. It makes me ashamed to live here." "I never wanted to kill anyone I always just wanted to see my family again, but even though I've won I've lost so much of myself in the process. There is no winning situation in the games unless your a sociopath." Jordan said. "This is probably not what you expected when meeting me." Chase let out a laugh. "You probably thought I was some capital rat that was betting on the ones from 2. Cause everyone does." They sat and talked about life for about an hour about how Jordan was treated at 7 and about his family. For some reason he trusted Chase, but he was related to the president which made Chase dangerous. Chase could get Jordan killed at any moment. Once they finished chatting Jordan left the capital and headed back to the tribute center. Showered with people congratulating him and telling him how amazing he was. All he wanted to do was go back to seven and see his family and friends that had watched him do awful things and apologize to them.
