Chapter 13:

A Night With You

For the nth time, I sigh. There's nothing on my phone, there's nothing to eat, and there's no one to talk to. I have nothing to do, and I really hate weekends as I got stuck on my room for 2 freaking days.

Hihiga na ulit sana ako nang marinig kong tumunog ang notification ng cellphone ko kaya muli ko itong dinapot.

I stared at the screen as I read, "Can you meet me now?" - from Calix...

"I didn't expect you like hanging out on weekends." I said as we walk side by side.

"Alam ko kasi bored yung isa dyan, umagang- umaga nambubulabog na agad... Maawa ka naman sana sa kanila. They haven't get enough sleep for days dahil pinag-oover time lagi ng BOSS namin." Sarkastikong sagot niya, kaya nakapatawa nalang ako.

"But this is really exciting! Putting some background music for our next contents... Woaaa, I thought you were just a person who always fooling around, but I can't believe you make songs?" Faking a shock reaction.

I heared him scoff, "Hindi ko talaga ini-expect na ganyan pala tingin mo sakin... I felt insulted."  And I laughed once again.

"So, where do you want to eat?"

"Hmmm, kung ililibre mo ako, pwede naman kahit dyan nalang." Turo ko sa isang coffee shop sa gilid.

"Tsk! Sino bang may sabing ililibre kita?" Sabi nito at tinalikuran na ako.

Natawa nalang ako ng marahan, may nagtatampo yata...

"Uy, Hintayin mo naman ako!"

Pagpasok ko ng coffee shop, naabutan ko na si Calix na nasa counter habang umu-order ng pagkain. Gutom nanaman itong isang 'to. Inaya lang ata akong lumabas para kumain eh...

He ordered a cup of ice americano and chocofrappe for drinks and chocolate moist cake. My all time favorite...

Habang kumakain narealize kong ganito pala mag-chill... This is what weekend feels. Maybe because these days I haven't been outside on weekends. It's so relaxing and refresing and it's really nice. I think I will love this kind of  feeling...

Pagkatapos naming kumain ni Calix, nag-aya naman itong magpunta ng amusement park. Akala mo parang batang hindi nabilihan ng laruan... So ayun, we ended up on rides and trying every games we can hanggang sa mapagod kaming dalawa...

Hapon narin ng makarating kami sa music studio... Because we spent almost the whole day hanging out...

The studio was a bit small when you look it from outside, but inside it has very cozy environment. A perfect place to make musics and relax. Now I can see why he likes this place so much...

Kumuha ako ng upuan at tumabi kay Calix na nasa  harap ng isang grand piano.

"So finally, your playing for me. I'm really looking forward to it since this morning..." I teased him as I saw him hesitating.

"Yeahh, I know," he smirked. " Uhhh, this is what I prepared, so listen to it carefully, okay?" He cleared his throat and started to play...

was fascinated the way he play... At hindi ko maalis ang tingin ko sa kanya hanang manghang-manha kung paano siya nag-eenjoy sa pagtugtog ng sarili niyang musika at kusang sumasabay ang mga daliri niya sa bawat tono nito...
